This should be considered a self-service hotel. After staying for 3 nights, I kept saying that there were no slippers and they had run out?? What? This is the first time I heard that the slippers were out of supplies. The water in the room was not taken away or replenished when the room was cleaned. The funniest thing is that when I returned to my room at night, my used bath towels were thrown on the floor, and the bath towel in the bathtub was not taken away. I even drained the water in the bathtub when I went out, but I didn't expect that the bath bag was still there. The roll paper is almost used up and no more is added. The location of the hotel is very good. It has a balcony and is within walking distance to the Golden Hall. You can just change clothes and walk there after the party. The hotel breakfast has very few varieties and nothing delicious.

This is a nice boutique hotel. It doesn't have a lot of amenities that are offered by some of the larger hotels such as conference centre, swimming pool, large reception, restaurant, etc. However, since my wife and I do not mind not having those facilities, it is not an issue for us. The location of the hotel is very good, being directly opposite the Vienna State Opera and very close to Hofburg and the museums quartier. The room we stayed in was very good with a lot of nice modern touches.

Excellent location for visiting all the central attractions, restaurants and shops. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. To set you up for the day they have a lovely breakfast! I visited with my wife in Aug 2024 and it was certainly warm but we thoroughly recommend the hotel.

This was a lovely hotel in a very good area right on the Ring Road (Ringstrasse), one block from the State Opera House. Excellent restaurants and shopping all very close by and walkable. We had a spacious room with Juliette balcony. Bed was comfy. Try the Gruner Weltliner white wine while in the region!

Big beautiful comfortable room! Location perfect. Walking distance to everything! Right across t from the opera house and palaces and museums. Great breakfast, best omelettes on our trip. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended this hotel. Our suite had a wonderful bath tub and separate shower, plus we had a balcony for fresh air. Five stars!

The hotel is truly a Boutique establishment. From the warm reception to the opulent rooms with extremely comfortable beds and linens to the elegant bathrooms with all the facilities you could want! A perfect location for wandering the beautiful city set up with their scrumptious breakfast! All the staff were friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Vienna now! Truly a hotel experience not to be missed!

Great location, especially you plan to see performances in the State Opera House. Literally just cross the street from the Opera house. Easily walk to anywhere in Hofburg. We had suite … spacious clean room. It fits in the definition of boutique… so no extra ambiance and services of fancy 5 star hotels.

It starts with hospitality and other than a couple of staff members that we encountered during our stay, the service was lacking, unfriendly, and in some cases non-existent. This continued when communicating with management and they did not address any of our concerns or issues. They definitely need to revamp how they treat guests.
