Hyatt Regency Vienna

Facilities: The hotel is very new, the room size is just right, and it's comfortable in all aspects. Hygiene: The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Environment: It's very close to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station). Service: The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in around 3 PM and get my room right away.

The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and you can reach various attractions by bus in 15-30 minutes. The hotel lobby has a strong design aesthetic, and the rooms are quite spacious. The mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary, and there's an electric kettle. Breakfast is a mix of à la carte and buffet, with a good variety at the buffet. It's a shame the hotel changed from Andaz to Hyatt after I booked, so I didn't get to experience the Andaz amenities.

Extremely close to the station with excellent service. It's also near the Belvedere Palace, making it incredible value for money. I'd recommend it to all my friends and will definitely stay here again next time. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area too.

I specifically booked a room with a view, expecting to see the Belvedere Palace as advertised, but it turns out it's quite a distance away. It's also a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was particularly challenging on the second day when it snowed, as the path involves crossing several intersections. Here's a food tip: if you cross the public garden opposite the hotel, there's a fantastic restaurant. We ate there two days in a row and didn't repeat a dish. Their grilled ribs and pan-fried salmon are definitely worth trying! **Facilities:** The equipment is quite new, and both the bathroom and vanity area are spacious. **Service:** They provide sparkling water, but you have to ask the front desk for disposable toothbrushes. We realized we didn't have any after returning from the opera, but they delivered them promptly after we called, which is what you'd expect from a star-rated hotel.

Conveniently located near the train station, making transportation a breeze. I stayed for three nights and overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The hotel also has a gym and a bar. The only downside was that laundry service wasn't free.

This was the second most expensive hotel on my trip, which included Prague (Marriott), Salzburg (Sheraton), Vienna (Andaz), and Budapest (Habtoor), but it was by far the worst experience. We stayed in a suite with two adults and one child, and they only provided three small bottles of water (still water, sparkling water, and a sparkling drink) daily. When we asked a staff member if we could have more water for our child, they replied that they only supply three bottles per day. Seriously?! Housekeeping only came if we specifically requested it every day. Otherwise? If you left in the morning and returned around 3 or 4 PM, you'd be in for a big surprise! Chinese travelers, please think twice before choosing this hotel.
