We booked this property late in 2022. Then we decided to extend our stay and the property was very helpful in accommodating our request, However, on the 3rd of April 2023 we received a message stating that our booking was cancelled, without any explanation for the reason. There was not easy to find an equivalent accommodation. Checking the prices, we noticed that they've gone up quite a bit. We suspect that this was the reason for not honouring the agreement. Whatever is the cause, such attitude is disgusting.

Had a cancellation policy for customers but that is not reciprocal as the venue cancelled on just just days before arrival . Blaming Covid yet Austria and Vienna lifted all restrictions for vaccinated travellers Very poor communication Avoid , lots of other more reliable , better quality , better value accommodation in the city

Logement très bien situé à Vienne dans le centre historique, à 2 pas des transports en commun (très pratique pour les visites), très propre ( ménage tous les jours), très agréable et fonctionnel, coin cuisine équipé (plaques, petit frigo) A recommander +++

· Buchen Sie ein Zimmer mit Panoramafenstern und zahlen Sie mehr dafür. Es sind die Zimmer 201 - 208. Als Ergebnis geben sie mir 103, eine Etage tiefer OHNE Panoramafenster. Ich wollte mit meiner Familie Spaß haben, aber sie haben mich betrogen und mehr verlangt. Ich rufe dich 5 Mal an und sie gehen nicht ans Telefon. Ich rufe BOOK....com an. Sie können sie auch nicht kontaktieren. Null Lösung. Ich bitte sie, das gezahlte Geld zurückzugeben, und sie antworten nicht. Ich empfehle es niemandem. In der Nähe gibt es viel mehr und bessere für den gleichen Preis. Tödlich!

Le due stelle per la posizione che obbiettivamente è ottima e la stanza luminosa e gli appartamenti moderni. Arriviamo e abbiamo dovuto aspettare perché il self check in era inutilizzabile. Ci vengono ad accogliere ma la comunicazione non era semplice. Poi per quanto riguarda la pulizia non so il buon punteggio come sia possibile. Probabilemente avranno cambiato gestione o i criteri di pulizia sono diversi perché sennò non si spiega. Stanza apparentemente pulita ma in realtà polverosa, molta puzza e in particolare lo scarico dei water. Vengono per “pulire” ma in realtà non c è mai stato niente di pulito, rifanno solo il letto e anche male. L ultimo giorno abbiamo trovato pure la porta aperta!!! Poteva entrare chiunque!!! Non lo consiglierei per niente
