Pros: Convenient location close to the train station. Underground and tram stations are close by. Room is spacious and has washing machine and basic kitchen appliances. AC is also good for the hot summer. Cons: Check in process can take time due to required guest information by the government. Suggest these info can be obtained via optional pre check-in emails.

Very conveniently located near local bakeries and more importantly, in close proximity to the Vienna Central Station. The street that the hotel in on is very quiet so you get good quality rest. Check in process was a little disappointing. My family is Asian and we entered the hotel with another group of 3 Asian ladies. When the hotel check in staff asked for our details. I informed her we have a booking for 5 guests, 4 adults and 1 child, and the guests will be split 2 adults and 2 adults with a child. The hotel staff’s eyes kept darting to the other Asian group and told me that for the rooms I’ve booked, I’d be exceeding the guest capacity of the rooms which I found absurd, so I reiterated that we are 5 guests, split 2 adults and 2 adults and 1 child. She decided to check in one room first with myself, my wife and child. Subsequently, when checking in my parents’ room, she insisted we had 3 guests which is absurd as we only had 5 guests. When a more senior staff noticed my visible irritation, this particular staff again insisted that she checked with me multiple times how many guests there will be in each room. In what universe does 5 guests mean 3 in each room!? Check in was eventually settled after 30min. Gym was cosy with sufficient equipment to get you moving. Rooms were extremely clean and very spacious!
