Hotel Prinz Eugen Vienna

Satisfied with my 2 night stay. Location is very good and the balcony offers a good view of Vienna city. Close to tram and train station which gave me lots of convenience to travel around.

I had a fantastic stay at Garner Hotel Vienna – Prinz Eugen. As an IHG Platinum member, all my membership benefits were fully honored. I was nicely upgraded to a spacious suite and received complimentary welcome snacks and drinks. The room is relatively compact but impeccably clean and neatly arranged. The breakfast spread is generous with plenty of tasty choices to suit different tastes. All staff members are courteous and helpful. I would like to give special thanks to Georgije for his warm and attentive service during my stay.

I stopped by on my way from Hallstatt to Vienna, so I checked-in very late, and check-out at 7:00a.m. It was a good location, very close to Vienna central station. The man staff who works in night was very kind, but the woman staff who works in morning was little unkind. This hotel is good for just sleep, and stay short.

The Garner Vienna Hotel - Prinz Eugen (an IHG hotel) is a very good hotel (in our experience) with a very convenient location, right near the Wien Hauptbahnhof station, close to Wien Bus Station, and also right next to Belvedere Castle and a number of other attractions. The hotel is long-established, with a classic design, very cozy, well-organized, comfortable and quiet. My room had a window overlooking the city with its old rooftops and church bell tower, which was beautiful and striking both in the morning and at sunset. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of delicious food. The staff were friendly, very helpful and warm. I will definitely return to this hotel!

It is located not far away from the underground station. The room is not small. The breakfast is delicious. The WiFi connection is good. The ambience is clean.

Staff are so helpful in accommodating requests, such as clothing iron and storing of luggage. Just a few mins walk from Belvedere Palace (to see Klimt's The Kiss), Wien Hbf, and various public transportation modes - this place is super convenient! The breakfast options are also very delicious, from fresh and healthy vegetables and fruit, staple ham slices and cheeses, an assortment of beverages, and bread and pastries.
