Had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The single room was spotless, the location was incredibly convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. The amenities were top-notch as well. I felt very comfortable as a solo traveler. Definitely worth a full rating

Location wise not in a good area, the area looks seedy and unsafe. The Yeung receptionist friendly enough but the hostel self is pretty rundown. Drinking hot water only available in the receptionist , The building is very old , The lights are not working and there are a lot of stairs.

I stayed for 3 nights at 95 euros per night, and it definitely wasn't worth the money. First, I was given a room at the very end of the corridor, right opposite the staff office. It was such a hassle to get to from the check-in lobby. I had a 20kg suitcase, and I had to go down a flight of stairs, walk to the elevator, take the elevator up to the floor, then drag my suitcase a long distance to the very end of the hall. Once inside, the room was tiny, and the bathroom was less than 1 square meter – a 180cm man wouldn't even be able to shower properly. The sink was also broken. It was late, so I had to report it to the staff the next day. Then, when I wanted a drink of water, there wasn't even a single cup – isn't that a basic amenity? When I went to turn off the lights to sleep, I discovered the room didn't even have a door lock! Anyone with a key card could just walk in, which made me feel very unsafe. This is what I got for 286 euros for three nights, at 95 euros a night. I hope they weren't deliberately taking advantage of me as a foreigner.

Service was really nice and staffs were so helpful. I recommend this place because the metro is only few steps away that connects you to the entire city and also makes it easy to get to the airport after your stay

It's pretty nice location and you have great views. You have a metro/train station in walking distance.

The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby downstairs is roomy, and it's close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's only a 20-minute drive to the city center, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

It was nice, U bahn and buses were pretty close. The room was very hot and unaired but i saw later that u can borrow a fan.

Just a 5 minutes walk and you can get to the tram station that brings you to Vienna central station. The room is perfect for solo travelers who want private spaces

Excellent service! The team is friendly and very responsive to any requests, including smooth room swaps. The ground floor has plenty of great facilities to enjoy. Clean, cozy, and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is clean, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. However, the cooling fans are insufficient, especially during hot weather.

The location was decent, and the app made it convenient to complete the online check-in in advance. The hallway had a noticeable smell, but the room itself was clean, so that was good. I was also happy that the hotel had a laundry facility. Breakfast was okay, but the variety wasn’t very wide, and the dining area felt rather small. Unfortunately, there was a large student group during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy a quiet breakfast. I was even subjected to a discriminatory remark, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel will consider separating group guests from individual travelers, or assigning different breakfast times to avoid situations like this.

The transportation is incredibly convenient, with bus stops and a subway station right outside. The room was quite clean and offered excellent value for money. However, the room lighting was a bit dim, and the bedside lamp was quite harsh. Although there's an elevator, you still have to carry your luggage up a short flight of stairs because the elevator stops on a half-landing.
