The room is quite spacious overall, with all the necessary amenities. It's very close to the tram station, making it convenient to get into the city. However, there was a strong odor in the room, which improved after contacting the staff. There's no minibar and bottled water is not provided.

Absolutely loved our stay! The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, the room was large and spotless, and the breakfast selection exceeded expectations. We'll definitely be back.

I have to give a huge thumbs up to this hotel's location! It's incredibly close to Schönbrunn Palace, just a few minutes' walk away. I highly recommend waking up early to stroll through the Imperial Gardens at Schönbrunn Palace – there are no noisy tour groups around at that time, and it feels like you have the entire exquisite garden to yourself. The experience is absolutely fantastic! The hotel facilities are also great, a blend of classical and modern design. The bedding is super comfortable, and being able to take a hot shower and get a good night's sleep after a full day of walking is incredibly restorative.

Got to my room around 9ish, and it was really spacious. The gentleman at the front desk was so gentle and kind, and even gave me a welcome cookie! They also offer free luggage storage, which is great, and you can easily walk to Schönbrunn Palace from here. Highly recommend!

The location is superb, nice, clean and quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful, live World Cup in the lobby is nice. The garage is very good and fair priced. The my last night 4am we experienced city-wide power down due to heat wave, not hotel’s fault though, they resumed the air conditioning but the escalators are out of service

The location is quite convenient. The room has comfortable air conditioning and the bathroom design is quite user-friendly. However, there is no twin-bedroom available even though we booked this room type and checked in earlier than 3pm. The staff did not inform us during check-in, until we found it out after entering the room. They could not provide another twin-bedroom but only arranged an extra bed which is rather small.

Near Schönbrunn. Convenient transportation. Bus stop , tram just 5 mins walk

This locates exactly in front of the palace, and if you stay at the higher floor, you would see the scenery.

Service: The service was pretty standard, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. They even gave us freshly baked cookies. Amenities: The facilities were comprehensive. I have to complain a bit about the full-length mirror right next to the bathroom door... Several times, I tried to go to the toilet but walked right past the door, ended up in front of the mirror, and then turned right into it... One time, I literally jumped and screamed because, as I turned, someone (actually my reflection) suddenly appeared in front of me... This might just be a me-problem, an individual difference, perhaps 😂 although my husband also said he overshot the bathroom sometimes. Cleanliness: The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. Environment: It's very close to the tram station. If you have luggage, you'll have to take a slight detour, but it's not far. Without luggage, there's a small path directly through the lawn. (The building across the street is beautiful, and with the curtains drawn, it has a unique charm.) This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during this trip, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Vienna.

A very comfortable and quiet place. We planned to visit Schönbrunn Palace early in the morning, and this hotel is incredibly close. The environment is pleasant, the hotel is clean, and it has a restaurant and vending machines. The hotel service was also excellent.
