Definitely this is the worst service experience I have ever seen. We did the booking by mistake in this place and called 30min later to cancel it. They denied it and told us it is nonrefundable!!! with 30min difference... Genuine mistake. But this is not the worse, the worst is the treatment of the Owner or whoever picked the phone: interrupted us saying to send an email to ***********, did not do any effort to listen neither empathize, neither apologize...He did not let me speak at all, he was totally being rude and disrespectful. He has no idea of how to treat customers!!!! Thanks to people like this Hospitality sector is in crisis!!!! This has been by far the worst customer experience I have ever seen!!!

Good location 5min walk from Wien hbf, and 1min walk from Keplerplatz Ubahn. Supermarkets Hofer/Lidl & essential store BIPA downstairs only. Would have been good if we can control the heating in the apartment as it was quite cold sometimes

I have given a good review in the booking app I booked on and I can continue giving positive reviews on this apartment. The apartment is modern, very clean and very spacious. I think we had the best one as it was described as no. 1 apartment. The best part of the layout is the separate toilet and shower rooms. The location is also prime because it is located in one of the longest shopping street with lots of groceries, department stores and restaurants. The main station is Keplerplatz station which is a station away from Vienna's main central station. The check-in facility is quite a struggle if you are not used to online check-ins. Make sure to use the link provided. Everything is electronic and be mindful if you check-in on a weekend, correspondence with their team may be slow. I highly recommend this property to any tourist to Vienna if you like a pleasant stay and city centre location. Thank you again Duschel Apartment team.

Five walk minutes to the main train station, a subway station around corner and next to a pedestrian shopping street, very convenient. The apartment is clean and quiet, bed comfortable, but pillow could be better. Kitchen is clean, equipped with enough cups/plates/utensils. No salt/sugar/spices, we didn't cook, so no issue. There is a wash machine, with detergent, great for a stay in the middle of the trip. The wifi is not good, only workable close to the router. There is a construction site next to the apartment, and they start early at 7am Monday to Saturday, a bit annoying in the morning. Never met the host, they sent over lots of emails, but no instruction on how to check in. Only managed to contact them at the train station using the free wifi to get the door code. Would appreciate the info via email beforehand.

Very spacious and clean apartment. It could use a new coat of paint. Neighborhood looked a bit sketchy first but not frightening. Less than a block from underground which is very user friendly. Also very close to train station. Nice stay.

convenient location to stay, but some of the equipment seem to be a bit old. Dish washer was not working properly.
