Location was good, just beside the main train station, the room was spacious and clean.

It is close to Wien Central station, in less than 10 mins walk. However, the air-conditioning in my room is not cold at all, it is quite warm even I switch it to the lowest temperature for many hours. The housekeeping did not refill the shampoo in the shower room, I only stay for 1 night and it was empty, I wonder did they check it before I check in the room.

Convenient location, 1 min from train station. The staff are incredibly friendly. Their brand positioning is more like efficient and neat. Very easy check in process. While they have many self check in machines, the staff would come assist you if there’s no other customers waiting for them. There’s not much facility in the room. Not even tea bags are provided and if you need hot water, you needa get it in the lobby. Suitable for transiting but not long stay.

The location was close to Wein Hauptbahnhof. Staff were helpful and my room was clean, spacious and looked futuristic. There was a window that can be opened. Breakfast options were plentiful and there was a coffee machine. Belvedere Palace was a short walk away. I would stay here again if I had the chance

Good location, 10 mins walk from the main train station. Quiet and safe location. Close to a supermarket SPARC in the main train station. There is a Japanese restaurant beside the hotel. A few cafes and restaurants near the hotel. 20 mins walk to Belvedere. No facilities e.g. fitness room. Standardised breakfast and limited choices. Room is clean (only clean every 3 days). Self check in, mostly self help.
