I showed up with my family to this property after our booking from an international trip, no one showed up to help us, no check in instructions, we called no one answered.

Great location and living space. Stayed one night and it was just what I need to rest in between two city trips. Highly recommend!

Very spacious apartment, with two large bedrooms and sofa in the living room. For five people it was very good. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and enough utensils. Coffee machine with capsules. Large bathroom, separate toilet.

Apartment is ideal for the City centre. It could however do with some TLC. There is a serious H&S issue with damaged electrical sockets in the kitchen, and others not flush with the wall. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the street. The curtains have to be kept closed the whole time as there are no net curtains covering the windows ergo no privacy. The shower leaks, there is mould in the bathroom and the thermostat for the shower is boiling hot. The bed linen had not been changed from the previous occupants and the owners had not cleaned the property prior to our arrival. We had great difficulty in getting our point across to *********** who attempted to fob us off but my partner has since received an e mail to say they are looking into the matter The owners do not speak English and do not reply to messages either from us or ***********. The TV also does not receive a signal although this is a minor issue. The kitchen sink is right next to the cooker, no draining board, and no kitchen utensils save a few items of cutlery. There are no saucepans etc apart from one small frying pan. *********** have been very slow to respond, constantly saying that they have tried to contact the owner without success but giving him 24 hrs to reply. Only in the last 24 hrs have they proposed taking any action. We will await the outcome For now I would suggest that this apartment is not booked until *********** have given assurances that the issues highlighted have been addressed. Photos and video available.
