Grand Hotel Vientiane Reviews

The hotel service was good. The deposit was 200,000 LAK. The location is decent, and it's easy to get a taxi. The lobby is quite small, and the breakfast wasn't good. The hot water was unstable this time, not sure why.

Centrally located, just 200 meters from the Thai Embassy. There's a BBQ restaurant and massage parlor downstairs. Vientiane Center is only 1 kilometer away, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel staff are also very friendly.

I was truly surprised by the politeness of the Indian people. They were very, very courteous and helpful. I felt like I was staying at an ITC Hotel in India – very high quality. Mr. Girish Golani, in particular, took excellent care of us. Thank you so much for your hospitality. A 10 out of 10! Top!

Very nice hotel，great service. I will recommend you to visit this hotel in laos. this hotel provide dinner and breakfast very delicious dinner and I really appreciate the service here. And something I must tosay is that some equipment is old and out of style. After that , always really good

The hotel services is ok but the internet is very bad. The speed is very slowly and can not access to the internet

Sabaidee From South Korea I purposely booked a room here to find out some truth, and I saw the truth with my own eyes. The hotel staff are smiling and friendly, since the receptionist, restaurant staff , Housekeeping, the breakfast is good But the Internet was slow, so I walked in and out around the hotel to looking for Internet signals for work, then I found out with my own eyes that my Korean husband and his mistress " Choi Suhee " were staying at this hotel ㅎㅎㅎ giving me evidence of divorce, thanks to the slow Internet signal ㅋㅋㅋ Well, I've been very helpful and had a good time with my daughter, thanks to all the staff, if I have a chance, I'll go back with my new husband ㅋㅋ 저는 진실을 알아내기 위해 일부러 여기 방을 예약했고,호텔 직원들은 웃고 친절하게 대해주고 있습니다. 리셉션 직원, 레스토랑 직원 , 하우스키핑, 아침 식사도 맛있습니다. 하지만 인터넷 속도가 느려서 업무용 인터넷 신호를 찾기 위해 호텔을 들락날락 거렸습니다. 그러다 눈으로 보니 한국인 남편과 상간녀 "최수희"가 이 호텔 ㅎㅎㅎ에 머물고 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 느린 인터넷 신호 ㅋㅋㅋ 덕분에 이혼 증거를 제시해 주었습니다. 모든 직원들 덕분에 큰 도움이 되었고 딸과 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 기회가 된다면 새 남편 ㅋㅋ와 함께 다시 가보겠습니다

One of my Favourite Hotels in Laos, but pricing is also on the high side for Vientiane standards. Great staff , clean . Location is good.  Cons: Breakfast 5/10. Variety can be better. Lack of amenities can be better if at least they have gym. Room is condition is deteriorating, especially the toilet and floorings.

We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was perfect: fast checkin and checkout, the room was exactly what we expected, staff are friendly.... Highly recommend booking the Suite on 7th Floor

Friendly staff and good services, clean room, convenient location

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The receptionist was very nice. Since I arrived early, I asked and asked to check in early. The hotel was very kind and did not charge me any additional fee. The room was very clean, with complete facilities. They also served dinner to my room, which I really liked. The hotel is in a very good location, near the Thai consulate and is considered an area where many Koreans live. Therefore, there are coffee shops and Korean-style bakeries not far away. In addition, there are many supermarkets, massage shops, beauty salons, and restaurants near the hotel. It is very convenient even if you are traveling alone.

The hotel is quite good, with comprehensive facilities. However, it's a bit far from tourist attractions if you're looking to walk. I requested an early check-in, and they kindly accommodated me upon my morning arrival. The best part, though, is that they provide dinner for all guests, which is a great way to save both time and money.

Staff are accommodating and breakfast is good. I want to stay here again 💕

The staff at the hotel are excellent-very helpful, polite and patient. The location is not really central, but since the city is quite small, it doesn't present a problem. There is a variety of food at breakfast, and the housekeeping is great. Definitely recommend!
