The room was large, spacious and bright, the breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk service was excellent; they even provided a breakfast box for my catching the h train.

We really enjoyed our stay at Urbanite Hotel. It is very spacious and it has everything you need. The bed is huge and comfortable. The only downfall is that you can’t smoke on the balcony, even though there is a sign next to the elevator saying that you can. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Good service. Staffs at the reception as well as at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The room equipped with Washing machine, Microwave, Sink, Electric Stove.

It was the perfect hotel to unwind after 1month cycling around China and Laos. Lots of space, good amenities and helpful staff, recommended!!!

Urbanite Hotel offers stylish comfort and a great location. Ms. Tin Sythany's exceptional service truly shone—professional, warm, and dedicated to guest satisfaction. Minor Wi-Fi issues were overshadowed by her kindness. Highly recommended!

The hotel was good with minor things to be improved on. The staff should try to be more accomodating whenever guests are around so they can ask for help easily. They have no restaurant for guests for lunch or dinner. I have tried the balcony but the table and chairs were dusty. The rest were just okay because they have a gym, a pool and breakfast.

To me their service is very professional. In my 7 days trip I was in 3 hotel in Laos and Urbanite is the best of them. From cleanliness to AC and other room amenities is really good. I wish them best.

One of the best hotels (condominium style) in Vientiane at an affordable price near the Patuxai landmark. We got a 2 bedroom suite that can fit 4 persons. The hotel management is kind enough to give all of us free breakfast for 4 people. The front office staff is also responsive to our requests. We recommend this hotel. 👍
