Good things: • Spacious room • They provide 4 bottle mineral waters every day • They provide iron & table, hair-dryer, 2 big umbrellas • Near to Patuxay, Tham Dat Stupa, Kualao Restaurant, Delicious Noodle Restaurant • They provide bath-up Need to improve: • Too many dusk under the table beside both of bed • No hot/warm water & curtain for bath-up • No warm water for shower area (instead is too hot or too cold) • There was a small step when you enter the room (please be carefull)

An old hotel. Room very spacious. But need refurbishing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can understand and speak some English. Morning breakfast is good. Cost 150,000 for non staying guest. Walking distance to some amenities. Not suitable for very old seniors. Got to climb stairs.

The place is outdated and does not match anything that was advertised.i booked a city view room .I opened the windows and could see a jeep of garbage of a work site which between the hotel and empty lot next door. The bathroom door won't close and I had to call the front desk to get it fixed.

Perfect hotel. Reasonable price. Room is large, clean, with balcony. Has bathtub, hairdryer, mini fridge, TV, etc all that you’d want. Only negative thing is the parking. It’s rather small.

Very good place!

Very good value, staff were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming, and the location was perfect - fairly central and not far from anywhere, but nestled in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was enormous, and apart from the terrible shower head, everything was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Not right in the centre, but just 10 mins walk away. Near to Victory Monument. Very helpful staff. Comfortable room, with shower and bath. Breakfast more than adequate.

Beautiful Hotel friendly staff and good atmosphere.. Very clean and Room service available everyday.the location not bad if you like to walk 10 to 15 mins.Many Cafes and restaurants around. Quiet at the night but day time construction right next to it a bit annoying. Overall everything perfect.

We recently stayed at City Inn Vientiane and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location was great, very easy to explore main attractions like the Patuxay Monument. The room was clean, very spacious and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. We would recommend City Inn Vientiane for those looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Vientiane.

This hotel is very close to the night market around 10 minutes walking

My favorite hotel in Vientiane, this was my 4th of 5th time there already. Best to pick rooms at the back, which have no view but are quieter during the night time.

This is a ok hotel cheap for one night but very old system old tv no YouTube nothing special
