Room cleaning is not automatic.
Deposit 100 USD and was returned 400RMB.. only realized when I am at airport.

Convenient to have food until late night and groceries, even to place of sight seeing not far. 5-10minutes away from the airport.

The hotel from outside is scary ,the room from inside is fantastic and well organized, the staff can't speak one word in English, thanks God I can speak thai so I could help myself , the location is neat to the airport only and far from everything

overall value to money , quite clean but bad internet connection and coverage , not much food around unless u are into overpriced Chinese food

This was my second stay in this hotel. The room was much cleaner than my first stay. No hair etc on the carpet floor. No smells of cigarette. Staff were friendly as usually. Great improvement compared to my first stay. Very pleasant experience.

A Chinese hotel along a street lined with Chinese hotels.
The staff might not speak English.
However, they are all very attentive.
The food is also delicious.

Toilet full of cockroaches. Entire hotel full of cigarettes smell. The toilet window is transparent and how to stay with my family members? And during night full of mosquito. Bad front desk staffs as they received more than what is written in trip receipt. Even have outsider come in to my room and due to front desk allocate then to the room number. 厕所里全是蟑螂。整个酒店充满了烟味。洗手间窗户是透明的，如何与家人相处？晚上充满了蚊子。前台工作人员态度不好，因为他们收到住宿费比收据上写的多。即使有外人进入我的房间，由于前台分配了房间号。

Our hotel is regularly killing insects. I'm sorry again! If you didn't contact our hotel in time, we can change your room or waive your room fee for the day. Each floor of the hotel's public areas has dedicated waiters to clean it. What you said about the entire hotel smelling of cigarette smoke is really an exaggeration! Even deliberately discrediting the hotel, the bathroom has frosted windows so you can’t see inside. Also, you booked our deluxe king-bed room. Can you and your family live in a room with one bed? You were staying in a double room by yourself that day and deliberately came to discredit the hotel. Our Ctrip platform has the best price, including free fruit, free airport pick-up and late check-out at 2 o'clock. These are not available in offline bookings. ! As for what you said about an outsider entering your room, we checked the surveillance system that day and found nothing. We are really sorry for bringing you a bad experience!
