Sadly a decline in service staff numbers with an increase in clientèle. It's lost its classy boutique feel as it has gone for the mass Chinese package tour overnight accommodation market. As a solo traveller staying a number of nights that means disrupted nights as late arrivals settle and early departures from 5am on. Breakfast hall crowded in peak periods. Breakfast is a bare minimal offering off massification of Asian food and token western food. I went to nearby cafes and restaurants to get an alternative decent nutritional breakfast... They demand a 1000 baht deposit cash on checkin rather demeaning. 2 lifts in a 22 storey complex is far from adequate the third lift reserved for staff only. Pool fabulous, although cooler time of the year not kept as clean as in summer months, the gym quite okay, not the most modern or premium gym equipment. The recent price rises of accommodation render it not good value anymore. Local staff very helpful and friendly despite being overworked. The location is central very good for city walks. Be aware that outside is the Vientiane center display area. I had 4 nights of a Calsburg beer pop band stage outside the hotel, with excessive bass reverberating through the entire building until near midnight and later on one night. I asked for and got a room change but the poor/virtually useles sound proofing did not help. The ”double glaze” does not keep out traffic noise even on the tenth floor nor deflect the heat from afternoon sun. ”Marble” type flooring ensure all corridor noise is carried uninterrupted to your room. People who appreciate their sleep be warned. The premises were kept clean a great effort from relentless dirtying from mass tour groups.

It's far away from city centre but with beautiful view of Mekong and free shuttle car to centre. Hotel is huge and rooms are spacious. Staff is kind and professional. Breakfast is not continental style... not even available a cappuccino or espresso coffee.

This hotel need to reestablish the interior from ground up. eventho i moved room … problem are same. coz they dont usually make up room even u request for.. thats why i changed … beside leaking water …. the rest feels da same… i tell u is suite for low budget but same price can live better in bangkok

The room is clean and hygienic, the receptionist is polite, and the air conditioning is very effective. The location is excellent, within ten minutes' walk from Vientiane Shopping Center, and less than twenty minutes' walk to Mekong Night Market. The price is very cost-effective at less than 100 yuan. It is recommended for working-class people like me to book a stay.

Check in date : 25th August 2022. Check out date : 26th August 2022. Location : The hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of Vientiane. It is within walking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane and there are nice restaurants around. The junction at the end of the road has a convenience store. We booked LOCA car from the airport and it just costs 100,000 LAK. The area is not too busy but it is just near to the main the main road. Within walking distance, tourists can walk to Sisaket and Night Market. But we opt out for the motorcycle. Reception : The recep area is small but nicely decorated with wooden furniture. We arrived around 8am and the well spoken English receptionist welcomed us warmly. She also direct us to the luggage area and we got to keep our luggage before check in time. Before I depart from my home country, I texted the owner about motorcycle rental. The owner kindly replied me and arranged for us the motorcycle rental that only costs 50,000 LAK per day (which is super cheap). When we arrived, the motorcycle was ready. All in all, I felt welcome in the hotel. Room : My room is in the second floor. It has an amazing courtyard view. The room is spacious, the bathroom is big and clean. The AC works very well. The bed are large and comfy. An electric kettle was provided and 2 mineral waters are there for us. The towels are fresh and the wardrobe is big enough for us to store our rucksacks. Around the hotel : It is a very small but well run hotel. The hotel is clean and spotless. The courtyard is very amazing and the resting area gives a very tranquil vibe. There is a limited space motorcycle parking rental. The hotel also seems very quiet and looks like a very good resting/working place. There are no elevator around so disable people had to reconsider booking here or you can opt for ground floor room right in front of the courtyard. We checked out around 6am the next day so we didnt get to try the breakfast. Satisfaction : We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for tourists.

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms, and fully equipped. The manager provided me with som chai which was very nice indeed. I had a warm welcome and a very pleasant stay. Only snag being a lack to a tennis court at the hotel premises.

Hotel was clean and well organised with free return bus to airport and breakfast was very basic Chinese based selections but an ok experience. But the location was out of the way, my choice I know, of town and when I asked reception staff to organise a taxi and tuk tuk it took a long time and when 1 did arrive they wanted way too much to take me into city area. I had to negotiate hard to get a reduction to a reasonable price which they accepted.

An older style hotel still our deluxe style room was perfectly adequate with daily servicing with smiling happy staff over the 6 days we were there. The pool on the 2nd floor is good for doing short laps and a small gym with weights and exercise machines. The daily breakfast was good with a great variety happy and efficent staff there led by Ajit a colorful character with a wealth of information we enjoyed many a chat with him. On reception Jer, Khamdy & Khoun were always smiling and helpful, reception manager Annie was lovely and most agreeable to our requests we would stay here again so obviously recommend this hotel.

Location: Convenient to travel, good location, parking lot is free Environment: The overall decoration of the hotel is unique, the lobby is spacious and bright, there are many public rest areas and complete facilities! There is a gym and a sky pool! Service: The hotel front desk attendants and floor attendants are very polite and attentive!

Pros: It's a very new hotel. My son likes it best. The TV stations are all from China. The shopping mall is next door. The temperature was relatively low when we were there. The water in the swimming pool was very cold and it was not a constant temperature pool. Disadvantages: The breakfast is too simple; the front desk guy is too busy alone, and other employees do not understand English or Chinese, which makes communication difficult, and it takes two or three hours for the front desk to deliver water.
