One night stop over stay on a road trip.
Don't use for more than that.
Horrible location for anything other a quick layover.

Everything was excellent, attention, room cleanliness, friendliness and location. The only thing that only gives it 3 points is in food, little variety on the menu for the cost. But I will return.

The Hotel is good, clean and great employees, but our last nite there (we booked for 7 nights), other guests were doing crack/meth around 2/3 am!! horrible smell,people shouting and slamming doors!
we never wanted any problem or cause a stir about it but this time it was a bad experience.
We already stayed there 2 more times and we liked the place! but with this incident… we will think twice before staying there again.

The service staff is excellent and very friendly (waitresses, cooks) but the reception staff, horrible treatment of guests, they do not give any information, they do not pay attention to you, I think I will not stay there again.

Interior and flooring can get improved. Flooring outside room I mean. Otherwise, services and breakfast was the best .

This was great. We had our 3 small dogs and the hotel was very accommodating. I did not like that they did not have their own parking. The hotel is located in a shopping center so you have to park in the shopping center. It did not feel very secure and we had all our luggage since we were just stopping for 1 night on our road trip.

This hotel used to be better, specially in cleaning but we found in the elevator prints of dog's poop and it was so stinky. When we went for breakfast all the prints were still around the hallway.
We had to change rooms because the first one we got had hairs in the shower and it wasn't well cleaned. But the second room was much better.

The property is exceptionally well cared for and clean. The only downside is that I could not get a call through to arrange shuttle service and had to resort to using a Mexico land line to call once we landed. Other than that the staff is great and the rooms are well worth the price of your stay. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash are included in the showers and there is hot water in the showers. Which is a luxury for Mexico travelers.
