We booked a 3 bedroom sea view. The apartment was nice and clean. Tips for future foreign travellers: (Anything Hengda Venice Resort/Qidong Resort belongs to Evergrand Hotel, meaning same owners) 1. Contact them prior to arriving to confirm what room/bldg they will put you in. We ended up going to the right place however, the room they put us in was further away. No service is available to help you transfer if you don’t have a car with you. 2. Bring kitchen stuff with you if you plan to be cooking in the apartment, plates, utensils, cooking pans etc. Beds, duvet and pillows were amazing had a good nights sleep! 3. If you don’t feel like cooking, food is available at the Dining Center and in the hotel. However, service is not that good, staff aren’t trained well, I had to teach them how to prepare a Jack Coke drink at the hotel bar 😅. 4. Better to travel during a weekday as the beach would be jam-packed! 5. There are buses inside that are free for you to go to the beach. 6. Activities to do with fees: entrance to beach, entrance to pool and different water sports activities are available.
