Hua Hin Villas

This is a really great place to stay! It's perfect for a group of friends or a large family because there are so many rooms, accommodating many people. I highly recommend it! My absolute favorite part was the large heated pool. You can swim all day without worrying about the cold, haha! All the amenities and kitchenware are fully provided. Plus, there are so many beautiful spots to take photos for content.

Our stay at this beautiful French-style villa in Hua Hin was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream — the perfect setting for a family getaway or a stylish girls’ gathering. The host was incredibly caring and attentive, making sure every detail was thoughtfully prepared. We were warmly welcomed with snacks, refreshing cold coconut juice, and even instant noodles — a small but very thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately at home. The villa itself is stunning, with every corner designed with care and intention. Nothing was missing; everything you could possibly need was already there. If I had to suggest a couple of small additions to make the experience even more perfect: a hair iron would be a lovely option — the villa is so beautiful that it inspires you to dress up for a fancy dinner with a perfect hairstyle. Also, optional cleaning service could be a great addition, as during short stays it’s not always convenient to spend time on dishes or laundry (even though we happily managed it). Overall, a truly memorable and delightful stay — highly recommended. ✨

Located in a peaceful spot not too far from Hua Hin. Great security and lovely neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The place looks better than in the photos. Spacious living room and the beds are comfortable but pillows are very soft and if you sleep on high and firm pillow like we do, then bring your own. It’s far from hua hin town so you will definitely need a car to get anywhere. The house is of modern design and is still new and clean. The only one flaw we truly don’t like about this villa is that the tiny bathrooms have no shower curtain that the whole room gets wet when you shower.

Had a really comfortable stay here. The room was clean, well-designed, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. Staff were consistently helpful without being overbearing. Breakfast had a good mix of local and international options, and everything felt fresh. The only downside was slightly slow check-in during peak hours, but overall a solid experience I’d happily repeat.

The homestay is beautiful and comfortable, but the small details need to be improved. 1. late check in Can't connect to the housekeeper. It is recommended that you can change to electronic locks to be safer. The housekeeper cannot communicate in English easily.

The location is just perfect for people who want to stay in a very peaceful and safe environment , it's 3km away from the beach area. You can always book a ride if you wanted to visit the beach though. The owner is one phone call away. She speaks English so it was easy to communicate with her. She was also very accommodating and was generous to give in to our requests. The place is nice , a bit of repainting will make it even nicer but overall, it was something we wanted.

Everything was excellent, the property itself very nice and clean. As it was a property only not the hotel so, I reduced some points of services as the agent shown up checked in and out only and when you requested something extra, not same as you stayed in the hotel. Pool is a saltwater. We had a very good family time there. The location is good but it’s a bit too dark to get in if you have to go there at night, so please be aware that. Kitchen and catering are very good so you can buy meats to cook or bbq at home.

I went to check in at two o'clock and the room was not ready. When I arrived, the villa was completely unclean and the toilet was stained. After the final complaint, I moved to another villa. The room is very spacious, but the lights are broken and have not been repaired. There are no trash cans, paper towels, and hair dryers, and there are mosquitoes. After checking out, I took the initiative to arrange a taxi back to the city. The waiter's attitude was very good, but the environment was worse than expected.
