GGuest UserIt’s a quiet and peaceful stay on a less populated place on the island, you have the option of glamping or staying in one of the rooms of the main building. There are kitchens available by every room or tent. The hosts are very kind and they have lots of activities like Archery and Pickleball. It’s is a more self-service/camping style, so breakfast items are provided but you need to cook it yourself.

We stayed at this villa as a family.
We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning.
Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something.
Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect.

Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains.
Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes.
I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.

Overall the villa was a very worthy stay.
The villa was huge and comfortable, the air conditioning was great, the swimming pool was also clean, the private beach area was close and they had provided us sufficient water( which other hotels would usually only provide a few bottles of water)
The only improvements I would suggest would be the breakfast as they were quite simple and the internet was not really working. Other than that, our family had an absolutely wonderful time.
Plus, the reception lady ( short haired with eyeglass on) was super helpful and friendly, we all really appreciated her assistance :)

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace, there is an exchange office with a good rate nearby, a shop with everything you need. You can also walk to the King Kong hypermarket (30 minutes walking). The bungalow complex itself is very beautiful and cozy, there is a good swimming pool on the territory, the territory is cleaned daily. Everything you need in the bungalow is there, but if something is missing, the owners very quickly provide everything upon request. We did not have a hair dryer, I turned to the owners, in 3 minutes the hair dryer was with me. We rented a family house with two bedrooms, it has a kitchen area with everything you need for cooking. Every day they provide 4 bottles of water for free (according to the number of guests), there are paid drinks (cola, beer, sprite), their price is also quite affordable. We are happy with our stay in this bungalow complex. Thanks to the owners for the coziness and comfortable stay. For those interested, there are no mosquitoes. We vacationed at the end of March.

A slow step to the sea 7 minutes. The huge Long Beach beach with free sleeves. Around a lot of restaurants and a large King Kong supermarket, with cheap prices.
Before the night market of Dong Dong on the taxi inDrive 80 dong, there is very delicious, and a lot of fruit bought in a gift.
