At check-in, we were made to wait and practically beg for a room, despite traveling with children. The front desk claimed our reservation price was “too low” and demanded an additional 20% surcharge to proceed, without providing any receipt, which is extremely concerning. The room we were given had no windows and no mechanical ventilation. The air was stagnant and completely unacceptable for a family. Staff also complained about the fact that we booked through *******.

the property was excellent. however, we were charged a tax fee. according to front desk, ******* does not include the tax in the fee and they have to collect at front desk. did not like that at all, since we have never had that issue before.
