This hotel has a good location more or less 8 minutes walking distance to the train stations. Touilets and douches could me a little cleaner. Receptionists were helpful and they let us store our luggages after check out.

The room is small, not so clean but staff are friendly and free water

Ok to spend few hours before flight.

Great value. Same as all F1, they are basic but clean. The shared bathroom is not too bad as they are also very clean. With that price, I am very happy with the room. Within walking proximity there’s a beach (tho not the main beach), lots of restaurants. Best to have a car with you and they offer free onsite secured parking.

The attentive and smiling staff. I didn't know that the showers and toilets were shared outside the room but not too disturbing. The hotel is very well located not far from supermarkets and food outlets and a 3-minute walk from Villeneuve Loubet train station. I really liked my stay and I recommend the hotel

Very light service and facilities not very available (showers and toilets). Very little consideration for cleanliness on the part of hotel guests. The parking lot is full of utilities that take up several parking spaces.

No hot water in the room, no heating in the room, bathroom, toilet without toilet paper, drain pipe due to sink not fixed, very poor TV network, AND insufficient internet, in conclusion to compare to other formula hotels 1 this one is to be avoided.

Location close to various shops and close to the sea, negative points noise in the corridors

Adequate to spend a night, comfort not great especially since the toilets are in common. Positive points, the location, the parking and the very welcoming staff.

Perfect

Everything was very nice. From the check-in to the room's cleaning. The manager was respectful and helped us during all our holiday. I recomand and we will be back very soon.
