All you can expect from a F1 hotel, with a dynamic and serviceable economic, clean rooms and a buffet for the breakfast enough complete. This hotel cannot complain, the price is very competitive and the services are there.

We stayed here as it was a long weekend and Monaco Grand prix so there was nothing reasonably priced along the coast. Even the stay here was more than usual but we didn't expect more than a basic room, which is basically what we got. The check in was fine and the room as described. I would prefer a shower screen and not a shower curtain as well as a shelf or somewhere to put toiletries on the shower. The hotel is basically in the back carpark of a McDonald's, but wasn't noisy and was a short walk from the train station for the train or bus. No unsavoury characters that we saw staying at the hotel, mostly just families. The room did the job, but did have to use the aircon on only a moderately warm day as it got very stuffy. A ceiling fan would be more energy efficient.

Nous y sommes venus pour cinq nuits sachant que nous y étions déjà venus quelques années auparavant ! Grande chambre plutôt spacieuse,propre donnant sur un balcon avec petite table et deux chaises + un transat. Ce qui nous a surtout plu : La gentillesse,tolérance (certains clients étaient très désagréables) et l'empathie du personnel !!! Hôtel très bien situé entre Nice et Antibes !!!

My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights during my interrailing trip. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is a 2 min walk to the train station and about a 5 min walk to the beach. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and had great customer service! We arrived early but was able to check our bags in and headed out. Again, when we arrived back to the hotel late at night the male night reception was super friendly! Great customer service! However, on checkout the lady at reception was very rude. We overheard her ask for 40 cent more from the couple in front of us as the hotel had charged them wrong. And then without even saying hello she stated that we owe money. We had paid in full on arrival so was confused and asked why. She stated that the gentleman who checked us in had not calculated it right and that we owed €2. As this had happened to the people in front of us as well we felt it was wrong of them to be asking every customer for the extra money if it was the hotel at fault. She became very abrupt and said “will you not pay it then”. Obviously we weren’t bothered about the €2 but it was the way we were being spoken to considering it was the hotel at fault. Perhaps staff training in customer service is needed for this individual as well as training in basic numerical skills. Overall, I don’t want to leave a terrible review as it was only that one lady who treated us very badly and was very rude. All the other staff were amazing and went above and beyond! So yes I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a cheap stay in Cannes with the perfect location! Just disappointed in the bad ending!

The Hôtel Frisia is an excellent hotel in a great location, directly opposite the marina and a five-minute walk from a range of restaurants. Our room had a good-sized balcony, large bathroom, and plenty of wardrobe space. We also had very comfortable twin beds. However, the best thing about the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff, especially Hans-Peter for whom nothing is too much trouble. However, we understand that the hotel has recently been bought by Russians, who will close it for refurbishment at the end of the 2023 season, we believe with the intention to upgrade it to 4 stars. I can only hope that when it reopens it will retain its current charm and still be in our price range - unfortunately I doubt either wish will come true.

Clean, but basic. Reception closes at 11pm, if you need assistance, hard luck. Parking is not at the hotel, but a general car park for all, charges €11 per night. There is a small parking area outside the hotel, but it is pure luck if you can get in it, only space for 5/6 cars. Staff are polite, but communication could be better for clients and each other.

I found this hotel because we were bringing our cat on this trip and it is listed as pet friendly. It is a bit far from the city center but if you have a car, it’s only 15 minutes drive to the Promenade des Anglais. The room is beautiful (Gatsby feel) and when we arrived, the sofa bed was already nicely prepared for my kids (10 and 16 years old). Everything was very comfortable. In the morning it was raining really hard, so we asked if we could have breakfast, despite not asking for it the day before. They did their best to accommodate us with a complete breakfast. Staffs were very friendly. Parking is convenient. My cat is happy. All in all, I really love this place.

We had booked this hotel for a concert. Excellent choice : close to the stadium , close to the tram to go to the center before the concert , close to the convenience (broadcake , bank etc) parking (free)is a real more The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I recommend this place and one thing is safe , we will come back if he has a good concert at the Allianz !

Close to the business trip, very style hotel, very suitable for business trips and parents, facilities and equipment are more complete is less laundry room. Staff is very welcoming

Réservation et installation très simples, explications claires par la personne très aimable à l'accueil. Studio très fonctionnel, tout à fait adapté à notre attente. Nuits calmes. (Remarque: l'ascenseur en panne n'a pas été un problème pour nous, mais pourrait l'être si des personnes à mobilité réduite se voient attribuer un logement en étage).
