Best Western Vilnius

'Old premises, overused room, overpriced, not what I expected from Best Western' Room was smelling bad when I checked in, I asked and they sprayed, and then I kept opening the window as often as possible to ventilate every day. Dirty elevator floor ( photo), too small size, basically for 2 people, although the sign mentioned for 5 people! (only if your pleasure is to touch all over the body of the 4 others) The shower tap was hard to keep the temperature steady, was changing from super cold to super hot by itself. I asked to get it fixed, I asked again later, but never got an answer if they sent anyone to check. Bedsheet was repaired from previous hole ( photo) The table in room had a big permanent stain. There was a small fridge (they said not all rooms have one), without cover for protection (pohoto). No mini bar. Everything seemed like a much cheaper airbnb kind of room. Good breakfast but no variety next days. Relatively small breakfast room, there was a group and they occupied everything, I had to go back for breakfast after 40 minutes. Left luggage was completely unatended, they didn't give any receipt when I left it, and nobody checked when I took it, you can take any bag you like. Generally, οld premises, overused room and all interior furniture and components, less organized than expected. It is definitely doable to sleep there if you don’t have any expectations, but is overpriced for what it is, and definitely not what I expected from Best Western.

. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, and I have no complaints about them. Unfortunately, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. It clearly needs renovation, especially in the rooms and facilities. The refrigerator in our room did not work at all, even though it was plugged in. The air conditioner leaked water directly onto the floor, and it only worked properly when set to 18 degrees Celsius. At any higher temperature, it leaked heavily. The dark brown walls made the room feel quite gloomy, and the bathroom looked outdated. Overall, the staff were excellent, but the hotel's condition and equipment were disappointing.

For the first time in my life, I experienced a situation in a hotel where you cannot simply go to breakfast — you have to wait at the door for about 30 minutes because, according to the staff, there are too many hotel guests. This kind of organization is very surprising for a hotel. At the reception, the staff know only a few Lithuanian phrases. The hotel is located in Lithuania, where the official language is Lithuanian, so this situation feels quite disrespectful to guests. There was also confusion about the parking price. When checking in, the receptionist told us that parking costs 10 euros per day. However, when checking out, another employee charged 15 euros. This raises a simple question — do the prices change overnight, or does the staff simply not know the correct prices? The rooms also look quite old. The renovation appears outdated, and the bathroom is clearly from an older period as well. Considering the overall experience, the price–quality ratio definitely does not meet expectations. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again. I will also contact the relevant authorities regarding possible violations of the state language requirements.

For the price it's fine, for those who want a hotel in the new area of the city. If there is a problem you can ask at the reception and they will help immediately.

A great hotel!! Yes, slightly dated, but that's the charm. Good sized rooms, warmly heated in winter, with a nice bathroom and a BATH! Breakfast was great too! Didn't try the pool and sauna, but seemed popular!

Good location , the hotel is very big, nice rooms , the staff is very helpful and super nice .
