Jimmy Jumps House sent me a message after booking: "***We have a strict AGE LIMIT policy***, and do not accept bookings from guests over 40 years old. Attention: if you have missed the notice when you made the booking and arrive regardless, you will be charged as per our 48 hour cancellation policy and refused entry. What does the law think about this?"

Highly recommended by other travel bloggers like myself (Girl Takes Mundo) that it felt like a no brainer. Social hostel, in a great location of the city. Staff were helpful and allowed us to keep our backpacker luggage with them when we did a 1 day trip to a nearby town. Saving our backs immensely. Only downside, which is completely out of their control is the early 7am noice you hear outside from construction.

This is the worst hostel experience of my life. I made a reservation at Hostelworld and paid extra money for a free cancellation, until a few days before my arrival. What is my surprise that I cancel my stay 1 month before and I am charged and I write to Hostelworld and they tell me that they don't know why it happened, I talk to the hostel and the hostal tells me that after 2 days from the booking they charge me for the whole stay. And I had a free cancellation message until the end of the month. Do not book anything in this hostel, they will only take your money. As soon as you book they won’t return anything because of “their policy” Deplorable I will pray for it to close.

Nice hostel (although clearly impacted by covid) able to maintain a good atmosphere for travelers to meet and hang out with each other. As a solo traveler it made my life really easier that there was a terrace & central living room where you could easily interact with others. Had a blast of a time!

Puntuali e precisi. Non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà ad accedere alla struttura nonostante sia arrivato molto tardi. Sono stati precisi e dettagliati. Mi sono trovato molto bene. Molto solerti anche nelle richieste
