I will absolutely *never* stay here again! The location is terrible. If you're a solo traveler relying only on public transport (buses), do *not* come here, or the bus system will ruin your entire trip and drive you crazy. On our first day, we had to switch rooms three times. The first room had a broken toilet, and the second room's door could be opened without a key – extremely unsafe! After moving to the third room, we even found it smelled of smoke. I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and I could tell immediately. By then, after three room changes, I just didn't want to move my luggage again. If you're looking for an 'experience,' I guess you could try staying here. At night, a huge spider appeared on the ceiling. For a supposed four-star hotel, the TV was incredibly old and outdated. The only upside near the hotel is a shopping mall with food options open until midnight.

A mediocre 4-star hotel. What I liked most were the gym and sauna. What I liked least were the breakfast and not being able to control the room temperature, as everything is centrally controlled.

Hotel was very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only problem was that the hotel was miles away from Milano city centre but that was my fault. I should’ve picked a hotel more close.

Hotel staff charged us parking fees of more than EUR 40 while it was informed that no parking fees would be charged.

Easy to reach from the highway, good choice of places to have food in the nearby mall. Rooms are fine, not too big but with all the things you need. Underground parking a bit complicate to reach because no direct elevator to lobby or hotel and need to do stairs ( with bags it is not easy). Breakfast served from 7:00 is a bit strange, usually it is 6:30 in working days. WiFi works fine

Decent

Hotel is located just out of highway near a big shopping area where you can find many restaurants and shops. Fast check in and check out thanks to very efficient staff. Good breakfast with lot of choice, wifi is working well. Rooms are clean, acceptable size, quite silent. But far from being a 4 stars hotel, to me it worth no more than 3 due to missing of many amenities, fridge, closed wardrobe, slippers, complimentary water, etc. Good for 1-2 nights if you have a car ( no public transportation around) and location is convenient.

Lovely place

The hotel is a bit far from Milan's city center, but there are shopping malls nearby. The rooms and cleanliness were very good, the service was excellent, it was very quiet, I slept very comfortably, and the breakfast was also very good.

It was perfect: the welcome, the breakfast, the staff who speak frankly were excellent.

Excellent, I'll definitely go again. Great value for money, quite good overall. The location isn't central, but it's very convenient, and the environment and facilities are fantastic 👍. I'll definitely visit again if I have the chance.
