Location is outstanding and with that there are all possibilities to have a nice experience and vacation. Room was nice and there should be A/C or cooled air in every Room. That was something what was left to see. It wasn't so warm that it would needed. Allthough at the night it get very warm. And the Bathroom in the Room was very nice and renovated. Only there were no fridge and the pillows weren't so good for my neck and back.. But all the corridors remind me some sort of rehab center. They really need something to get to this date. And the service... We have a package with summer theatre tickets. After I bought it about 4 months ago, I got am email which included a voucher. When we got our calender clear, I asked how we could reserved our vacation. With email or call, they said. So I told the date When se would want to Come and When we would want to go to the theatre. They answered that all is ok, they have informed the theatre. So When we go straight to the theatre, they told usbto pay to the hotel. Everything went fine in there. After the show we go to the hotel, and at the reception the lady asked did you went straight to the theatre, she had printed our tickets to the theatre already. Well, nobody weren't told that we should get the tickets from hotel before the show... Also the receptionist didn't told where our Room is, where the breakfast is served etc. We got a notice where were told all the times what is happening in the hotel. Then we go to eat at the restaurant and it was quite unclear where to go. There were a sign what told wait here to be seated. There was much older People and they didn't know where to go and what to do, so the lobby was crowded. We got a table quite soon, and wanted to go out. We got the menus and number sign with us to go to the table. After a while the waitress came to ask what we would want to order. We heard that the hotel uses foreign studentsat the kitchen and waitresses. She has not so good Finnish language but we made our order. In the menu there was only couple of things to order. There were daily fish and daily Meat which wasn't told anything else. We asked about the Meat and understooded that it should be pulled Bull. So we ordered and waited. There was a lack of waitresses and maybe in the kitchen because the waiting Time was quite long. One funny thing was heard from another table, when a Customer asked a waitress what would you recommed. She told that the Fantasy-pizza, because you could choose the toppings When we got our dishes there were mashed potatoes some carrots, lingonberries and the Meat. They all looked and tasted like they have been in fridge, maybe melted and frozen again. The food was not Hot, not enough warm. Carrots weren't peeled, but it didn't bother. Food was ok, not nice, not something that you would pay 27€ per dish... We waited in our table but with the lack of waitresses no one came to ask is everything ok or do you want dessert or More d
