服務真的是差勁！check in 的時候服務生完全不知道狀況，出示護照和電子booking 證明，還不清楚狀況，拖延了30分鐘…拿行李還要一直問…居住樓層完全黑暗，沒有開燈…第一次住到這麼生氣😡真的是一間0分服務的酒店！

Disappointing. We got a tiny bed, and despite advertising they had an airport shuttle - there was none. Rooms were clean and well appointed, but small. There were lots of toiletries, tea, coffee, water and a nice couch. Well appointed gym. Pool doesn't look like it gets cleaned in winter; but this is standard across most hotels.
