It is my first time visiting The sr residency is very good and the rooms are very clean and hygienic,and mainly reception people are very good receiving and friendly talking...😊 and coffee also good taste overall I have full satisfied with sr residency...... The only thing I was disappointed about was that they are not allowed outside food,,that restrictions were not good ...😔😔

The reception service is excellent, characterized by prompt responses and the provision of 24/7 security. Furthermore, parking facilities are available, ***** with room service. The on-site restaurants present a diverse range of dining options, and the cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding, ensuring a hygienic atmosphere. The staff members are also exceptionally responsive. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Good: The location of the resort is very good. It is a bit far from the city center so the place is away from the crowd which is what one wants during a vacation. Though the train tracks are close to the resort, it is very quiet. Walking around the area during early mornings was pleasant. Though food is not included, it was reasonably priced and decent. We were able to change our two rooms to a suit. Bad: The resort lacks the one thing you expect from the service industry - hospitality. I would have rated this place a 8 if this wasn't the case. Checkin process was not smooth at all. Though we booked two rooms, one of the room shown to us was so bad that there was no way we could stay in it. Even the suit that we stayed it was basic and could be cleaner. Neither the owner nor the staff have any idea on how to run and maintain a ”resort”. The place could do wonders being managed by someone with experience working with guests.

I found this property through mmt. It is a normal hotel, with minimum facilities for an overnight stay. The rooms are spacious but not well maintained. Not on par with the cost. They provide only one towel and one soap. The staff are not properly dressed. They speak only the local language, so they are not able to understand what the guests say and we cannot understand what they try to communicate. Hygiene is not good. The kitchen is not good. While booking they said breakfast is complementary, but staff never mentioned it during the stay. Since there are not many options, it will be better to improve the service for the cost. It gives a sense of lodge, but they call it a resort.

A very nice and memorable stay. I stayed in non ac room which is quite spacious and clean staff members are quite supportive food orders are also very fast and a resort is in the vicinity of very good view surrounded by hills site seeing in araku are mouth watering ultimately a very good experience.
