Courteous, professional, friendly staff. Hotel lobby is very nice. The temperature of our room was perfect and very very clean room overall. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, one of the best mattresses to get a good night sleep. The reclining office chair and lounge chair with ottoman were very comfortable. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor pools are a bonus! Location is close to downtown Visalia and restaurants. Definitely will be staying there again.

Very comfortable hôtel in visalia, located in a quiet neighborhood. The two swimming pools are amazing! However no breakfast provided (just a Starbucks stand).

We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location between San Francisco (SFO) and Las Vegas (LAS), which made it ideal for our travel plans. However, the property is quite dated, and the air conditioning system in our first room produced a loud, disturbing noise throughout the day and night-even when switched off-which made it impossible to sleep the first night. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room outside the main building, where the problem did not persist and we were finally able to rest. If you decide to stay here, I recommend requesting a room that is not in the main building to avoid similar issues with noisy air conditioning systems.

Free parking, average breakfast. The air conditioner in the hotel is very loud, but it is quite satisfactory.

The room was clean and tidy, close to the swimming pool. No one was swimming at night, so it was quite quiet! However, I don't know what the area around the hotel is. There was a smell of horse manure outside the hotel. I had to give up my plan to take a walk in the park next to it. When I went to bed at night, the air conditioner was very noisy. When I got the room, the front desk said that I needed a quieter place, but I was so surprised to be assigned such a room! My wife was so noisy that she basically didn't sleep!

Very good, great value for money. Stay here when you go to Sequoia National Park. The hotel front desk was very friendly and greeted me and asked about the national park and snow conditions. They answered all the questions about car rental and wrote notes for me.

On the edge of the small town of Visalia, the surrounding area is quiet. The bathroom is clean and the bath water temperature is suitable. It is a 40-minute drive from Sequoia National Park and there are restaurants and Walmart nearby.
