Excellent location, waterfront of the beautiful Camburi beach. Very friendly staff, nice and clean room. I stayed in a Deluxe double room, it was spacious room with a beautiful view of the beach. Very good buffet breakfast.

Apesar da boa estrutura que o hotel oferece, deixou muito a desejar o atendimento. Em uma noite pedimos uma pizza no quarto que foi completamente esquecida. Tivemos que sair tarde da noite atrás de algum estabelecimento aberto para procurar algo para comermos. Na nossa última noite optamos comer no restaurante do hotel para vermos se a impressão ruim da noite passada pudesse ser superada. Para a nossa surpresa apenas confirmou a péssima impressão que ficamos do atendimento. Embora, num primeiro momento fomos recepcionados por um funcionário que nos levou o cardápio, nos passou algumas explicações e fez algumas sugestões de pedido, fomos completamente esquecidos, já havíamos decidido o que pedir, mas ninguém apareceu ou foi até a nossa mesa para fazer o pedido. Novamente tivemos que sair e procurar por outro lugar. Foi uma experiência extremamente frustrante, por esse motivo, caso voltemos um dia, não escolheríamos novamente o hotel para nos hospedarmos.
