First of all the photo on the cite doesn't correspond to room you actually get. I don't mean the design, I mean the facility. They show quite normal bathroom, but you get a small toilet with a tap on the wall without a curtain or glass wall to separate a shower area. Overall, everything is pretty dirty, stained carpet, broken stool, and so on. On top of that the staff is pretty impolite and it's not easy to get to hotel as reception is in another hotel, but they don't provode any info about this fact. You have to find it by yourself. Only one positive thing is location, right next to San Marco Square.

It is very close to St Marcos Square and the vaporetto dock. Even with big luggage is very easy to walk there, just the check in was confusing, it has to be done in the hotel across the street

The property overall was ok. The bathroom was extremely small and I did feel there was a damp smell in my room. Decent location and reasonable price.

This hotel is in the area of Venice to see all the sites! Catching the water taxi ! Perfect location and wonderful hotel!

For the part, this property is in a great location. Easy to get to as the communication was to the point. The guy on the desk has attitude, guess he must be fed up of all the questions!
Breakfast is ample and appreciated in the cost.
It’s a tired property and guess it’s character is part of it.
The cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating.

Property a little tired but staff welcoming and friendly. Excellent location within a couple of minutes to San Marco. Limited choice but very good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location if you want to be near San Marco and room was adequate and breakfast buffet was good. There are no staff in the lobby so you must check in at Hotel Panda which is right across the street.

Check in could have gone smoother, but the room was cute, very old venetian style. Perfect location, the location is the best ive ever stayed in venice. Close to rialto bridge and st mark's square. Breakfast was good too, maybe the best croissants I've ever had.
