The hotel is amazing! Stunning views
Breakfast is great and staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They explained all the must seing places of the region to us. We would definitely come back!

Everything was just great! Wonderful location, incredibly helpful and kind staff, the breakfast is one of the best I’ve encountered and the indoor spa and pool area had everything, one could wish for. The room was clean and spacious. There is also an outside pool and jacuzzi, but the weather didn’t invite to use that. Overall a great experience in a charming town close to all the hiking spots you could ever need.

Great stay and exceeded our expectations. The staff are super friendly. Rent their Ebike for a day and ask them for fun routs. We went to SchonBlick and then to the Schloss and was a great day activity.
Their breakfast is great and massage therapy prices are reasonable.
Would come back for sure!

A beautiful hotel within beautiful surroundings! The staff was friendly and helpful with nearby hikes and dining suggestions. The indoor pool and relaxation areas were lovely! The breakfast was plentiful and wonderful. The on premise bar has lovely views. The nearby grocery (2 min walk) was a definite plus. Hopefully, we will be able to return someday!

Siamo stati ospiti dell'Hotel dal 11 al 16 agosto. Niente da eccepire sulla cortese accoglienza della ragazza alla reception e sulla pulizia della struttura, ma la camera a noi riservata peccava di mancata manutenzione per un 4 stelle. Il vetro del lavandino rotto con rischio di tagliarsi, così come lo spruzzino nella doccia e la moquette era macchiata. Ci era stato detto che nel pomeriggio offrivano uno spuntino. Ci siamo recati solo un pomeriggio al bar e nessuno ci ha proposto nulla. Forse dovevamo chiedere..ma non mi sembra molto elegante. Colazione standard, anzi per un Hotel in montagna un po' carente. A favore sicuramente il panorama e la possibilità di rilassarsi. Le piscine sono fredde e consiglio di aumentare almeno 2/3 gradi la temperatura dell'acqua, ok la vasca idromassaggio. Il paese è gradevole e anche nei vari ristoranti/trattorie dove abbiamo mangiato ci siamo trovati bene (non è prevista la mezza pensione ma ciò ci ha permesso di provare menu diversi). Un ringraziamento a Petra per i meravigliosi massaggi e per la gentilezza. Sottolineo che non si tratta di recensione negativa ma solo stimoli per migliorarsi. Questo Hotel con annesso un bar splendido può sicuramente fare di più.
