We had great stay and rooms were very comfortable and service was really good.

Toung twister food surprisingly without onion and garlic, Polite & Helpful Staff, I have never expected such a nice Hotel wen I booked a Maharani Suit in HOTEL THE ROYAL BHARTI, Surely will stay next time here whenever I'll visit again to VRINDAVAN

A piece of jewelry was stolen and the ***agement took zero actions. They even refused to check CCTV cameras and find out who entered the room. Moreover,  we have booked a room with "city view" window, however our room did not have window at all, so my husband had to fight with the reception to change the room.  Next morning we woke up to a terrible chemical smell.  Apparently they had started refurbishing just outside our bedroom and used some strong chemicals,  which caused me breathing problems.  I'm not even talking about cleanliness: toilet was dirty, bed sheets haven't been changed after previous guests (marks and hairs all over the linen)... I have been travelining in India for the last 15 years and staying at numerous hotels and never had such a terrible experience and staff neglectance beyond imagination. Will be reporting this place to all possible institutions.

Wonderful property in Vrindavan.. A bit of a distance away from proper Vrindavan town.. Takes around 20 mins by e-rickshaw from the town.. Otherwise a gem of a hotel... Very clean and hygienic and responsive to guest's needs.... Stayed at the Maharani Suite (as the Maharaja suite was booked) for only one night (could get booking of the suite for 1 night only). Two single beds and one queen beds provided for 4 pax... Single beds not very wide, an adult would have to remain conscious as to not fall off the bed... Mattresses very soft and you sink in.. A bit of a challenge for senior citizens.. The beds are separated by a classy wooden partition... The interior decoration of the suite is tastefully done with wood panelling and cupboards and bedside tables and you have lots of, places to keep things on... There is only one bathroom but it is a very big one with wonderful fixtures and a bathtub thrown in for added measure. The toiletries are of good quality and you are provided with a Electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets... The restaurant Anubhuti is a quaint place and serves very good food.. The complimentary breakfast had no buffet and you can order anything from aloo paratha, idli & vada, fruit juices, fresh fruit platter, poha, etc. All of the preparations were very tasty and the portions were generous. Would specialty compliment the restaurant for allowing to serving customized good items -- we asked for plain aloo jeera and boiled vegetables and were served perfect dishes to suit our palate. Thank them for that. Secondly, after one night stay, we had to check out at 10 am... At the same time we went for Vrindavan local temples Darshan by e-rickshaw... They were very generous is allowing us the room till 1 pm after which we ate lunch at the restaurant and departed for Govardhan. Would definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come to Vrindavan. I was travelling with parents who are over 75 years young and the hotel staff did their bit so that we had a hassle free stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hospitality from the start. Vishnu did our check-in it was smooth and quick. The rooms were a little worn out but had all the amenities. The service is top-notch. Be it house keeping, FnB. Everything was too good. The food here takes away the whole marks. The breakfast was not that huge. But everything they had on the menu was so tasty that without using garlic and onion they still tasted so good. The location is a little inside but there is no problem with battery operated auto easily available at any time from outside the gate. Recommended for every one to stay with them

Would highly recommend this place to stay with family and friends and have events there's. Highly appreciated for service quality and stay. Food was outstanding Service and staff highly efficient and very courteous.

We booked this property for my sister marriage for 2 days. Very cooperative staff and nice hospitality. Each and every guest appreciated the quality and taste of food. I definitely recommend this property for stay and family get together
