Very bad service, property manager tried to charge us extra payable only in cash not credit card, very dirty, smelly towels, with yellow stains. The property manager told us to call our travel agency and get our money back. She wouldn’t help us.
The second day, we locked our key in our room. We called our property manager, she wouldn’t return our calls or texts. We were locked out of our room for four hours, there is no front desk. We paid for an ocean view, 3 bedroom, when we only needed a one bedroom, for the ocean view, when the property manager gave us the key, there was no ocean view. No toilet paper, not one spoon, knife, in the kitchen. The microwave was very rusty, smelly mold, we have pictures to prove. The towels should be thrown into the garbage. They are basically rages. The walls, floors, shower has never been cleaned properly, mold, ants, very bad. We were very scared that this manager would have our suitcases removed because we called trip.com to fix our problems. Don’t ever book this apartment. The worst service ever.
We Called trip.com and then the same property manager gave us room on the 29th with ocean view, but two hrs ago, there were no units.
We should have moved out right away, but we had tours excursions booked so we did not have time to move to another hotel.
