Fusion Suites Vung Tau

Breakfast is a highlight with a wide variety of choices. The roof top infinity pool is also an appealing aspect of the hotel. Location wise, it is near the beach and some of the attractions but do note this area is home to several pubs and bars. Not a safety concern though.

The concierge helped me book restaurant reservation directly from email that i sent them before my trip. I received reply and when i checked in they confirmed for me again. I also had them book another restaurant during my stay as i wqs unable to make local call. The room was very spacious. The staff polite. Only thing the lobby is non aircon at night. I think to conserve energy. Which i dont mind. Cooler fans are blowing. We had a lovely view from the 20th floor. Only problem was the shower gel bottle was faulty so i had to uncap it and pour out.

The service was very good from start to finish, phou who served us up at the rooftop bar Was a fantastic bar man and always smiling and friendly. The buffet was the best we have ever experienced, there was a great variety and quality. I usually don’t go to buffets but I was looking forward to it every morning. The room was very clean and spectacular. We had a massage everyday and thoroughly enjoyed it. My partner and I fell asleep during our foot reflexology it was that relaxing. If I am being overly critical, check in took longer then I expected and even though we got to the hotel at 10am it took until slightly after 3pm before our room was ready. We would have loved to have a higher level floor. Our room type said levels 3-7, we got allocated level 4. If I was to return I would request 5-7 as a run down building was blocking some of our view. Overall fantastic hotel and would definitely return

Excellent breakfast buffet with a wonderful view. Rooms were clean and well maintained! Highly recommended.
