The hotel is just walking distance to the beach and sea, location is great and easy access restaurant, convenient shop, skybar has great view for morning and night. The night skybar has great DJ and dancer

👍 Pros: 1. Great location: Very close to the beach — just cross the street and the beach is right in front of you. It’s only about a 3–5 minute walk. There are also convenience stores and plenty of local food options nearby. 2. Friendly and polite staff: The staff were very polite, helpful, and hospitable throughout our stay. 3. Early check-in support: We were able to check in earlier than expected. The check-in process was also surprisingly quick, even though we arrived during peak check-in time. 👎 Cons: 1. Room size: For 2 adults and a 3-year-old child, the room felt quite small, especially without a balcony. It was also difficult to find a suitable place to air-dry wet swimming clothes after going to the beach. 2. Bathroom ventilation: The ventilation in the bathroom/toilet could be improved. There wasn’t enough air circulation, so unpleasant odors tended to linger after using the toilet. Overall: A good choice if your priority is a convenient location close to the beach, friendly service, and easy access to local food and shops. However, if you’re travelling with a young child and prefer a more spacious room or a balcony for drying clothes, it’s worth considering this before booking. .

Very convenient place, a few steps to Highland coffee and famous seafood restaurant, hotel room clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious with wide selections of food

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Didn’t have the afternoon buffet which was meant to be free. Apparently closed. 360 view tokens / don’t receive and binoculars weren’t working. Booked an extra bed for child - was told pillows costed an extra 2 dollars each. Buffets for all meals were good. Staff helpful. Seems like the hotel wants to cut costs and make money off everything … but not offer the basic booked amenities. Nice enough hotel but better options around.

There are many restaurants around the hotel, beautiful beach just across the street, walking distance to Tuong Chua Kito. Room is clean with comfy bed & pillows. Water pressure and temperature control are excellent. Shower gel's perfume is not to my liking but it's not a big issue. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, although we weren’t able to use the rooftop pool due to severe wind all day long, same for the beach. Staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was nice, although very crowded at some point of the mornings. Overall nice experience and great to be able to use movies in English on the TV. There were complimentary snacks on the day of arrival as per pictures and a drink per room booked.
