Le Maritime Kochi

I just tried for a Dinner at roof top of this hotel restaurant, what a view with efficient and dedicated teams … The quality of the food of this restaurant is no words… just promising my mind to never miss this restaurant food and stay whenever I travel Kochi…

1. Breakfast doesn't start till 830 am, that's unheard of in a business town. Where would I eat if I have a meeting and they dint serve breakfast till 839. 2. Dinner isn't served after 10 pm, they do not even have room service after 10 pm. 3. Lights weren't working on check in, i complained fir two days and still noone came to fix it. 4. last night's snacks and crockery were still lying in the room till evening the next day ! I had to call 5 times before it was even cleared. 5. When I called with my complaints, the response I got was that they will tell the ***ager about it the next day, I'm checking out the next day ! Pathetic service, one of the worst hotels as far as service / staff response etc was concerned. I would suggest staying at a streetside dhaba than this place, that's how bad the service standards are at this hotel.

Recently stayed with my friend at Le Maritime for a short visit. The rooms are very decent, neat and clean. Had a very comfortable stay. A very special thanks for the reception lady, Ms. Haritha. Very much helpful and attentive. Keep Smiling...

First of all this property is not at all 5star what shows in google or any travel portal. Check-in and Check-out process was so inefficient that we had to spend more than 45 mins for both. The front desk lady Anju she is a trainee. The whole hotel staffs are trainees and we were the guinea pig. There was one staff who looked like a kid so I asked his age, he said he is only 17. I asked why he is working? He said he is studying hotel ***agement and they are all trainee. Can you imagine a hotel is operating with trainees on the festive season and how much they value your experience? They were dropping luggage, plates , cutleries.

Nice place to have food and relax. Premium service, ambience, quality of food is ensured. The buffet menu was huge spread. We were served by Prashant who did a very good job with his friendly and timely service

I had a short stay of 2 nights in Le Maritime 27th & 28th May 2022. Lady at reception went beyond to help me out by providing travel information and even booking cab for my travel couple of times. She addressed all issues very promptly. Majority of staff is very courteous and friendly. Room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast was lovely as well! only unpleasant experience was with GM of the hotel, and he denied me entry into bar saying its already closed. I showed him my watch and 2 minutes were still left for 11pm. I told him i am there for just one quick drink, but he rudely said no. I have stayed in some of the best 5-star hotels across world and have come across very few people who did not fit in hospitality industry very well and this GM belongs to that group with bad attitude. However, this bad experience was overshadowed by other lovely staff in the hotel.

We were a family of 4 and we visited from 21 to 23 January. It was a complete disaster . When we checked into the hotel they didn't have anyone to pick up the luggage into our room . When we asked to check in at the front reception they told us to wait for another 15 to 20minutes , They didn't also have WiFi for 2 nights as they said they had some system problem , the rooms though were nice but they didn't have enough channels in TV apart from sports , kids and malayam . The washroom at the 1 floor near the restaurant and at the 2nd floor near the swimming pool were stinking . There was also no enough variety in breakfast for vegetarians as everything including the bread , cupcakes had eggs in it apart from dosas and idli . We asked for special kerala paratha at the reception But there was a lack of coordination as they didn't message this message to the restaurant ***ager . There are a lot of better hotels in other areas . Avoid this hotel at any cost .
