Good hotel,nice spacious, clean rooms just one things rooms are little far from reception

The receptionist (Kevin) was great. Helpful and cheerful. There was no bottle water, but the biscuits is excellent. The showers sliding door is kinda stuck, hard to slide. Cleanliness seem to be quite clean. It was night we didn’t see much. So I assume it was great. The worse is the bed. It’s wayyyy too soft. I don’t know how heavier person can sleep on that bed. I would give it a one star for bed amenities. Otherwise it’s quite good. We left early don’t know about the buffet. But we go grab a coffee and “yody” just around the corner. Yody is great little coffee.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The room size was a big small but sufficient for overnight stay. Within walking distance to city centre. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at Mercure Wagga2 as a transit hotel for our Melbourne —＞ Sydney trip. The location is good, the standard is acceptable for the area, the bed is exceeding my expectations as they’re very comfortable. Perfect for our rest before continuing our trip to Sydney. In overall it was good value for money.

Great hotel

The hotel rooms are spacious, the breakfast is plentiful, and there's a zoo and botanical garden nearby, both free of charge. The animals are friendly and adorable. A unique experience.

On the way from Sydney to Melbourne, stay in this hotel for one night It was already 7 or 8pm when we arrived at the hotel. There was still someone at the front desk. It seemed like it was open 24 hours a day. The room is very clean and spacious
