Nice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!

My flight was canceled due to weather in FL and when I contacted the hotel I lost my reservation and they were not accommodating to my new travel plans

I have not seen cockroaches in hotels for a long time. So, my room in Budget Inn was full of them. Not sure why is it difficult to use roach repellents?

My wife and I have stayed here numerous times. I am not sure if new owners took over but rooms were always clean with no issues. There is a dock out to the lake were you could go out and see wildlife. It is now closed. There was a lot of roaches in our room and some sort of bug that bit my wife on Christmas. I reported this on checkout and the clerk said I'll report it. Not sorry or any concern. I have photos and wish I could post them.

Front desk lady was nice and friendly. Wanted a hotel close to airport for an early flight, but unfortunately there is a bad roach issue, sink and shower had black mold. We checked out 4 hours early and hung out at airport. Disappointed not alot of choices close to airport.

It look's like they are trying. They unit looks like it has been updated with fresh paint and the linens looked new but my bed sheet had stains on it the fridge and other furniture is very old and upon walking in we killed several cockroaches. We were so nervous about them we left a light on all evening. Our friends in the next unit did not and in the morning had to kill many in their washroom...
