Short walk from Wakayama JR Railway Station; easily manageable with luggage. Really nice hotel: large foyer/lobby with hot coffee available after 15:00 hours check in. Lift/elavator, which you'll need as there are 10 floors - superb view from the top. Rooms are large for a Japanese single room and come with all the all accompaniments. Staff are attentive and kind. Highly recommended. Wakayama Castle well worth a visit: fantastic views and gardens / park area + a 400 year old tree.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for luggage, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast also had a nice variety of Japanese and Western options. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for travelers who want good value, convenience, and a comfortable stay rather than a luxury experience. The hotel feels a little older in some areas, but the cleanliness, location, and service make up for it. ⭐️ 8/10

Hotel is conviently located. Room size is ok and clean, coffee machine in the lobby was not working 2 day straight. Good value for money. I would recommend it for a short stay.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice view. It's very close to the station, just a three-minute walk. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is on the east side of the JR station, which is a bit quieter. The west side of the JR station is much livelier, with more dining options and better transport links.

The hotel was really nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and confident, and check-in was very easy. The room wasn’t very big, but it was very clean, and a lot of small details made it feel really thoughtful. I’d definitely come back here again. Wakayama is really beautiful.

When I opened the room, there was a foul odor from the air conditioning, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

The location of the hotel is good. Very close to the Exit A of the Wakayama JR station. The breakfast is not bad and the varieties are good enough. The size of the room is reasonable

Very convenient as it is very close to the train station. Hotel is a little older, but overall was a good stay.

The room is a bit old yet nice sized. The air con is above the bed and have a bit of dust. Breakfast is so-so. Good location, very close to train station. Sightseeing spots are all within walking distance. Would say good value for money. Would consider staying here again!

A good hotel near the station. There's a convenience store nearby, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent for 1,200 yen. Keep in mind that they don't offer laundry. Otherwise, I was happy with the hotel.

Very good, simple and clean. Just don't choose this if you don't smoke, as it might smell. You can open the window. Very convenient for going out. The surrounding snacks are all pretty good; the skewers, kani-ya, and Shizutetsu supermarket are all very good and the food is fresh. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the beer there is pretty good.

The facilities are adequate, nothing special. The hotel's location is convenient. The buffet breakfast is very simple, not very plentiful. However, the staff are quite polite and friendly.
