The corner room faced the city, not the river, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was happy to see the blue sky, white clouds, and sunrise the next morning. There's a public library nearby, which you can browse before leaving. There's also a small supermarket in the station where you can buy fruits and bread, so you don't need to add breakfast. To be honest, the hotel's Japanese-style breakfast wasn't to my taste. The men's and women's baths don't switch between morning and evening, and the men's bath has a better view. The hotel staff were all very polite and attentive, and we could communicate with simple English.

Visiting this hotel was an incredible experience, and I was utterly captivated by the breathtaking views it offered. The property features both an indoor and an outdoor hot tub, and I must say, the outdoor hot tub is particularly special, providing a stunning backdrop for relaxation. Each morning, I looked forward to a delightful buffet breakfast that exceeded my expectations; the selection was diverse and delicious, ensuring a great start to my day. The hotel rooms were meticulously maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment that made my stay even more enjoyable. Location-wise, it couldn't be better situated—nestled right next to the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. Additionally, there’s a mall adjacent to the hotel, along with a charming bookstore, offering plenty of options for shopping and leisure. Overall, this hotel truly impressed me with its amenities, cleanliness, and prime location!

Right next to Wakayama-shi Station and close to Wakayama Castle. The rooftop hot spring was very relaxing, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, plus a large supermarket right by Wakayama-shi Station. The breakfast view offered a lovely river view and you could even see the Tama Densha (train) inside the station.

I didn't meet him or her during our stay but, during email communication before our arrival regarding extended luggage storage request, we do feel that he or she really treat customer in the highest position per their needs and make us very pleased to consider visit this hotel every time when visit there. It was some contrast by comparing our check-out. I do understand our request was not usual but it should not simply refuse us with model answer. It made us has very different impression. Anyway, she finally helped us to find comprised solution. Not bad!

The room was clean and tidy, with a great view, and the windows were spotless! However, it's best to schedule room cleaning a day in advance using the TV, otherwise, they won't clean it if it's past 10 AM the next day.

Very nice view from front desk level at 10fl, the outdoor onsen is a plus to make the trip memorable

The hotel's location is fantastic, right above Nankai Station, making it super convenient for getting to and from Osaka. Plus, the bus to Kuroshio Market is just downstairs! It's a shame it rained both days I was there, so I didn't get to enjoy the hot springs. But the views from the hotel are absolutely amazing!

The room isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate. The corner window offers a great view. Breakfast didn't have a wide variety, but what they offered was very refined and tasty. The rooftop onsen has an even more amazing view; I went in once at night and again the next morning, and it was wonderfully relaxing. Downstairs, there's a large supermarket and a Tsutaya Books store, both worth checking out.

Overall very good experience, the spa on the top floor has great views!

Good to have 24 hours counter, easy to check in even at midnight. Next to rail station and near to the castle.

This hotel is located right above Wakayama City subway station and is very new. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the room had a great view. Breakfast was superb, and soaking in the open-air onsen felt like the whole world went quiet – it was just you, enjoying the peaceful soak. If you're coming to Wakayama City, you absolutely have to stay here; the transportation is also incredibly convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our Japan trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful atmosphere and excellent facilities. Staff members were polite, helpful, and always smiling, making us feel very welcome from check in until departure. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, attractions, and public transport. Breakfast was delicious with many choices, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely return again in the future someday soon.

The hotel is located on top of a train station with a supermarket and restaurants underneath. It is extremely convenient and we love the hot bath especially the outdoor one which offered a beautiful view. Would love to stay there again next time we visit the area.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It's incredibly convenient to get to from the airport; the Nankai Line drops you right at the hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The open-air hot spring on the rooftop is fantastic, and the hotel's service is absolutely excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
