조식 석식 포함으로 저렴하게 묵었습니다.
노천탕 포함인 온천 대욕장도 나쁘지 않았고 식사도 괜찮았는데 딱 가격만큼 하는것 같아요 ㅎㅎ
위치는 기미데라랑 가까워서 주차 해두고 걸어가기 좋았습니다.

객식 내에 청소 상태가 미흡해서
이곳저곳 먼지가 뿌옇게 쌓여있어서 좀 찝찝했네요..
노후된 건물이라도 청소 상태에 신경을 좀 쓰셨으면 좋겠어요 ㅠㅠ

It was a cheap stay with breakfast and dinner included.
The large hot spring bath with an open-air bath wasn't bad, and the meal was good, but I think it's worth the price.
The location was close to Kimidera, so it was good to park and walk.

Because the cleaning condition in the guesthouse is poor,
It felt a bit uneasy because there was so much dust here and there.
Even if it's an old building, I hope they pay more attention to cleaning conditions.

酒店交通還算方便距離紀三井寺車站￼不遠，酒店主要是當地過路人及當地日本人去洗温泉，外國遊客不是很多酒店應該很有年代了  ，稍微顯得有些舊，早晚餐純日式不是很豐富，但價格也不高，温泉還是很不錯，有一個室內一個室外主要是當地人去泡温泉，旁邊的寺院也算一個不錯的景點體驗一下温泉休閑還是很值得的，因為價格不高周圍也比較安靜。

The transportation of the hotel is quite convenient. It is not far from Kimitsuji Station. The hotel is mainly used by local passers-by and local Japanese to take a bath in the hot springs. There are not many foreign tourists. The hotel must be very old and looks a little old. The breakfast and dinner are not purely Japanese. It is very rich, but the price is not high. The hot springs are still very good. There is one indoor and one outdoor. Mainly locals go to the hot springs. The temple next to it is also a good attraction. It is worth experiencing the hot springs for leisure because the prices are not high. It's also relatively quiet.

It smells like so-called aromatic agents, but the smell of the room is hard. Especially in the closet is terrible. It feels like it's not hard to get to here even in old karaoke boxes or Yankee cars. I can't sleep. I want it to be an incenseless deodorant. I noticed that it was surprisingly beautiful, such as the corridor, when I was taking a picture while thinking that the evaluation was the lowest. Due to the smell, I was forced to be in a mental state like I came to a dirty hotel at the end of the place, but I noticed that it was a clean place without smell. If you look well, the feeling of the end of the scene was only a little cheap motel. But it is really disgusting because of the smell. Good thing is that you can use the hot spring bath part of the inn. However, 11:00 〜 22:00 is too much chance. I don't have a morning bath, but I want you to stay until 24 at least at night. I tried hard to slip in 30 minutes before dinner, but it seems to be a water circulation filtering type, and the ingredients were considerably thin, and it was not said that it would come to the purpose. After the bath, I went out to swallow it again. The source seems to be a high tension strong salt spring, but the scale is thin. The touch comfort is almost just hot water. Some salty taste when it is included in the mouth. Because the insulation is high, the high tensileness is understood. It may be due to some fragrance that the inner hot water feels a little thicker than the open air. It is not the quality of the spring that comes in on purpose, but it is absolutely better than taking a shower in the room. Rather, I think that the value of staying without entering the hot spring is not in this hotel at all, so it may be important for those who stay whether it is a schedule to put in the bath by 22:00. The room is larger than APA and Toyoko, but smaller than Daiwa Roynet and Dommy Inn. The toilet in the room is with a washlet. There is no problem with bed size and bed comfort. But thanks to the smell, I don't want to be in the room as much as possible. It is good that parking is free, but there are not many stores around. Moss burgers were in front of me and I was doing it late. The store where you can drink alcohol is about 2 〜 3 in about 10 minutes walk. Convenience stores also have Lawson within 5 minutes walk. In other words, there is not much but nothing. If there is no hot spring (or if it is not in time) there is a 3000 yen accommodation. There is a hot spring, but until the latter half of 4000 yen. But it feels like I don't want to pay more than 5000 yen.

The hotel in Wakayama city was expensive and this hotel in front of the second Kimitsuji station from JR Wakayama station was cheap. It is 5 minutes walk from Kimitsuji station and is convenient for car users because it is along the national route. The room is convenient because it has a large business hotel and a day trip hot spring. However, the day trip hot spring is limited because there is no morning business until 22 o'clock. There is no standard dining place in the day trip hot spring facility, and the rest place is narrow, and if you eat, you will make a reservation in advance by 19 o'clock and ask for a fixed meal. It seems to be popular for group guests to respond to meals and banquets. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so there is no inconvenience to stay without meals.

From the outside, the hotel looks terrible, and inside is only one step up, but a second floor passage connects it to the very attractive onsen next door, free for hotel guests. Onsen is unfortunately only open from 11:00AM to 10:00PM, and popular during the day with groups that arrive by bus, but quiet from 9:00PM until closing, with an outside pool with garden view that is very attractive. Restaurant closes early and there are no decent restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast in a private room looking out onto the garden (see photos). The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Kimiidera Temple, and 10 minutes from the Kimiidera JR station. I would return for the onsen despite the drawbacks.
