Cleanliness n location good but I hv serious doubt about the advertised size of 60m sq even including the outside terrace.it feels more like 40sqm max. I have booked and stayed at other accomodations that is half the price and half the size feels bigger.

The room was decent, but the heating system was a bit weak. Even with the heater on, it was still quite cold 😭. However, the views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset.

- host was really friendly and approachable. - carpark was first come first served. if carpark is full, there’s parallel street parking beside the motel. - cookware and cutlery were dirty so we had to wash everything before use. - we were located on the second floor, had to carry our luggage up the stairs. - 10 minutes walk to Lake Wanaka. 5-10 minutes walk to supermarket.

I really loved the bed here; it's a bit firmer than most hotel beds, which are often too soft for my back. The fully equipped kitchen facilities were a definite plus. The beautiful view made for a very relaxing stay, especially since I wasn't in a rush.

It's a one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, microwave, and fridge. It's very close to Lake Wanaka and has its own parking. The cleanliness and service were good. Overall, I was satisfied with my two-night stay.

The hotel's location is pretty good, quite close to the town center! I booked a one-bedroom, one-living room suite, which was quite small. Both the toilet and the shower were tiny, barely enough room to turn around in!

Super near to town! It was only a 5 mins walk away along with lake wanaka. Room was simple, decent and enough for our two night stay. Parking is easily available as well.

The location wasn't a major issue since the center of Wanaka is quite small. Although it's not directly on the lake, it was an easy walk. However, if you prefer a hotel right on the waterfront, you might want to consider other options. The kitchen facilities are especially well-equipped, making it an excellent choice if you're looking for a studio-style room. I would definitely consider staying here again if I revisit.

Very near to the lake, church and best food truck stall. Clean, spacious and with parking lots provided. The hotel owner is very helpful and very warm hospitality

We liked being able to walk into the centre, the food trucks across the road, the lovely stream next door, friendly staff, having a kitchenette. We didn't like the noise from other guests' aircon going all night. It was warm enough, there was no need to run aircon all night.

Superb location and a very cosy room. Our request for a ground floor room was very kindly accommodated. Kitchen amenities are complete and very clean. You can also see the starry skies from the backyard.
