A very comfortable stay! Traveled during off-peak season and even got an room upgrade, so I could enjoy watching the surfing every day! The room was well-equipped, and the surrounding amenities were very convenient. Once we checked in, we didn't want to leave. I have a feeling we'll be back again!

The hotel facilities are all new, and the service is excellent. It's also close to Riyue Bay, which is great for surfing and my kids loved it. The only downside is that you can hear the high-speed train, which can be a bit noisy in the morning. A special thank you to Xiao Zhong, the receptionist outside the hotel lobby, who helped me with my luggage to my room on the first day and enthusiastically introduced me to the hotel's amenities.

It's been a while since I've automatically left a review for a hotel, but this new surf hotel is genuinely good. The overall management and facilities are excellent, and it's very clean. The staff throughout the resort are incredibly enthusiastic, polite, and friendly – it doesn't feel like a newly opened hotel at all, as the management is very mature. For dining, there's a fantastic and truly professional Italian restaurant located on the pedestrian street with excellent food. The surf pool is also very clean. The entire booking process and the coaching sessions were very smooth and well-managed.

Let me start with the positives. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money during the Chinese New Year period and felt quite new. You could order food delivery straight to your room, which was convenient. They also offered many activities. Every staff member's service attitude was excellent, truly commendable 👍. Breakfast was good too. Now for the negatives: Perhaps it's a new hotel with limited experience. I understand it was busy during Chinese New Year, but not being able to check in until after 3 PM, and then having to wait an incredibly long time at the front desk, was extremely slow! They said the rooms weren't ready. The hotel should have trained their staff better to get room keys to guests as quickly as possible. They could take our phone numbers, call us once the room was clean, and then we could go up. Instead, we were stuck at the front desk for ages, completely wasting our time. We couldn't even use the restroom because of the long queues! Additionally, if you checked in after 3 PM during Chinese New Year and checked out at 12 PM the next day, it was almost impossible to fit in the complimentary activities. For example, regarding the free photo shoot, they just said it was fully booked, and the woman who answered the phone to arrange it had an awful attitude! It was Chinese New Year, and she acted like I owed her money! Even if we couldn't take photos, we didn't need that kind of attitude. My best friend and I were very angry! Later, there was a gap with the photographer, so I got to do it. To be fair, the photographer himself was great, very professional and friendly. The person arranging the photo shoot over the phone, though, if they lack patience, they should be replaced! It was truly infuriating during Chinese New Year! Oh, and the hotel bar was excellent. The bartender made really good drinks, and he was handsome too. The shisha he prepared also tasted fantastic. Everyone should give it a try.

So much fun! I'll definitely bring my kids here again next time. I highly recommend trying the fresh water surfing; it's super convenient to head straight back to your room to relax afterward. The breakfast was good too, not a huge variety, but plenty to satisfy.

This hotel is perfect if you love surfing. The service is great, it's easy to get around, and they even offer self-service laundry. There's a shuttle bus to Riyue Bay, which is convenient and keeps the hotel area from being too noisy. The resort also has good shops and restaurants, so neither kids nor adults will get bored.
