The hotel has potential but is very neglected.  The service in the restaurant is mediocre.  The room has some neglected details but overall it was the best part of our stay. The private hot springs in the room was what we enjoyed the most.

This hotel, which might have been the best hotel In Xinlong town decades ago, must face the reality now in 2024. This is a well-established star-rated hotel in Xinglong, with comprehensive amenities and excellent service. There are hot spring pools both indoors and outdoors. The room furniture isn't new, but it's spotlessly clean. The maids are friendly and efficient. There's a gym and cinema downstairs, and the restaurant serves some Southeast Asian specialties, which is quite good. The front desk even upgraded my room upon check-in and called a taxi upon check-out. The service was excellent. This is a very good value hotel.

I'd heard Xinglong's hot springs are famous. The chill of the continuous rainy autumn in northern China. As soon as I landed at the airport and checked into the Xinglong Ramada, I felt warm and comfortable. The courtyard, reminiscent of a tropical botanical garden, felt a bit familiar. Opening the window, I could see the beautiful Sun River. Take a break and watch the sunset 🌇 Just a few steps down from the room, you'll find the outdoor hot spring pool. Choose a precious southern herbal bath that suits you: nutmeg, amomum villosum, sandalwood, noni fruit, a mental health supplement, and more. The sunken private bath offers privacy and warmth. Enjoy the lush greenery in the hot spring pool, filled with the delicate aroma of southern medicinal herbs. Tranquility and peace of mind truly crystallized in this moment. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety of dishes. After breakfast, you'll find the hotel's garden and coffee shop nearby. Enjoy the tranquility of nature and the comfort of a relaxing vacation. P.S. The area is conveniently located within a ten-minute drive from local attractions like Xinglong Botanical Garden, Bali Village, and Xinglong Folk Street.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and spacious, with a beautiful setting within the park, making it a quiet place to relax and unwind in the evening. The breakfast restaurant offers a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and a wide selection. The evening hot spring bath was very relaxing, and the experience was truly wonderful. The waitress had arranged to have the air conditioning turned on before our arrival, and the service was prompt on several occasions. The hotel also thoughtfully provided fruit upon check-in, which was a lovely touch!

Regrets! It's a very old-fashioned guesthouse. The air conditioner was broken and wouldn't cool. They came to fix it in the middle of the night for half an hour and it lasted until 12:30. While it did cool, it was as noisy as a tractor and impossible to drive. I was woken by the heat at around 5:00 AM. The hotel said the equipment is old. The gym is pathetically shabby. The only highlights are the outdoor hot springs and fish spa. Breakfast is from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Are you sure you use old paper money? The limited variety is fine, but the juice is watery. The milk is made from powdered milk. For the price of over 700 yuan per night, it's a complete waste.

This stay was a wonderful experience. The music playing in the lobby was soothing and put me in a great mood. The front desk lady was very efficient at checking me in. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and very convenient for getting around. The staff were very patient, making reservations for the hot springs and recommending nearby attractions. There's a swimming pool and fish spa on site, as well as table tennis and billiards. There's also a river running around the property, perfect for a stroll.

Hotel management needs to be improved: the hot spring was not open, but when I asked the front desk that night, they said it was open. The air conditioner in the room was broken, and the aunt took care of it and took the initiative to change the room. The refrigerator was also broken, and the engineer went to move the refrigerator from the next room to change it. It is different from the pictures. The entrance of the hotel is an abandoned road. I dare not go out of the hotel at night. Although the aunts and masters in the hotel are very friendly and hard-working, it is unacceptable for a four-star resort, a five-star brand, and the same price as Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay that day. I am advised to quit. Management must be improved. I will not stay at Ramada in the future.

The clerks are very welcoming, the breakfast is rich, and the swimming pool is nice.

Although it has a sense of age, there are many tour groups staying here, so it is still quite lively and popular. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to places like the folk streets on foot, so you can experience the town's fireworks. The hot springs have time limits, but the hotel front desk will notify you in time.

The room is spacious, the environment is very quiet, the hot spring water is good, so we stayed there for the hot spring. We had a pool for ourselves because we were bringing a baby and my parents. I just want to spend a day in Xinglong and experience the hot springs. Staying in this hotel for one night is a very good choice~
