Hainan Banshan Banhai hotel

This is a standalone villa-style hotel with sea views. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent; the front desk even upgraded our room. The hotel's outdoor environment is also fantastic, and you can see the famous 'influencer' lighthouse from here.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the environment is really good. The rooftop open-air pool offers views of the Shenzhou Peninsula Lighthouse. It's great value for money and definitely recommended.

The scenery is very good. The view from the swimming pool is good. However, I feel that there are not enough surveillance cameras. It is a bit unsafe. It is recommended to install more surveillance cameras and the hotel should have more female waiters. After all, there are male waiters everywhere in the hotel. I am a bit worried. Overall, it is good👍

Everyone please avoid this hotel. It is the first time I feel that travel can be so outrageous. It completely ruined my trip to Hainan. Firstly, I didn't expect the geographical location to be so remote. There are no businesses within a few kilometers, and the only way to eat is takeout, and transportation is extremely inconvenient. Second, the hygiene of the hotel is very poor. It feels like the room I stayed in has not been cleaned for a long time, and there is a layer of dust in the bathtub. The next day, when I woke up, I suddenly saw blood stains on the quilt and pillow! ! I was so shocked that I couldn't speak. I called the hotel manager, and he flatly denied that the bloodstains were left behind before, and hinted that they were the result of a mosquito bite I got last night. I really laughed. I was disgusted and asked the hotel to compensate me. The hotel said they would refund me if I could give a good review. I refused outright. I couldn't do such a conscienceless thing. Even if the hotel didn't refund me, I wanted to expose it. Finally, I called Ctrip to complain. The customer service lady communicated with the hotel and got the same reply (they would refund my money if I gave a good review). As a girl, the customer service lady was also very angry. She said she would help me apply for compensation from Ctrip and asked me to write a true review myself. I often travel to different cities. Generally speaking, I will give good reviews to hotels as long as the services are acceptable. This is the first bad review I have given in all these years.
