Facilities: Well-equipped, with great overall amenities. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and odor-free. Environment: Garden-style public areas, with fresh air. Service: Our butler, Mile, was incredibly responsive, always quick to assist, and provided excellent service.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and it was very pleasant. The butler was very attentive with all the arrangements. Regarding the facilities, it would be great if the play equipment in the children's pool could be upgraded; it's currently a bit too geared towards very young toddlers. The hotel restaurant isn't actually expensive; the prices are similar to the food street next door, so it's perfectly fine if you don't want to go out.

First and foremost, I have to praise the butler, Ms. Mile! Her work is professional, and her service is incredibly warm and thoughtful, which made me feel so welcome. The view from the sixth floor, which she arranged for me, was truly excellent! Five-star rating for the butler's service! Additionally, the hotel's scenery is top-notch, but I hope the hotel cleans the curtains.

The room had an amazing sea view, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. A special shout-out to my butler, Xiao Xu, who was meticulous and extremely helpful. Five stars!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a balcony offering sea views. The hotel's private beach is right downstairs, making it very convenient for taking photos and just relaxing without having to leave the premises – perfect for a vacation. Right across from the hotel entrance is a commercial street, so dining is also very convenient. Our butler, Mile, proactively added us on WeChat and helped arrange a travel photoshoot. They also pre-arranged transportation to Shenzhou Station for our departure, which was incredibly helpful.

The hotel lobby opens right onto the beach, offering the best sunset views in Wanning. Its location is fantastic, making it easy to get around and find places to eat nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, so I slept really well. Overall, a perfect experience. Our butler, Mile, provided excellent service.

Every room comes with a dehumidifier, which is really useful for keeping the room dry and comfortable. Also, our butler Xiao Na was incredibly attentive; no matter how late it was, she'd respond instantly and pretty much fulfilled every request. And I have to mention the hotel's buffet – it was truly abundant, and our kids ate so well! There were no mosquitoes in the resort either, and there's a private pink beach, which is perfect for children.

The hotel room is spacious with a great view. It was so relaxing to lie on the balcony lounge chair and enjoy the sea view. Our butler, Xiao Na, contacted us in advance via WeChat and had the room ready for us with welcome fruits and cake, which was all wonderful.

The Westin's quality is consistently high. The room view was fantastic, and our butler, Mile, was incredibly warm and responsive, always attending to our needs promptly and taking great care of us. The breakfast was very generous, with a good variety and taste of both Chinese and Western options, plus some local Hainanese specialties. The evening performance was spectacular; my child insisted on watching it every night, haha. We'll definitely be back when the little one is a bit older~

The Westin's location is absolutely stunning, with the lobby facing the beautiful Shimei Bay and Jiajing Island. The lobby bar has great performances and a wide, delicious selection of drinks. Our butler, Mile, provided professional and thoughtful service, making us feel right at home and ensuring a wonderful stay. The hotel gym and swimming pool are also excellent.

I stayed here three years ago, and it's gone downhill significantly since then. The service is pretty bad; you have to wait for everything. In the mornings, the breakfast reception can't keep up. We waited ages outside, then got assigned a dirty chair. The breakfast table we were led to was later taken by someone else, and then a staff member questioned if we had just walked in ourselves. Luggage delivery also involves a long wait due to a lack of staff. The lobby is also very noisy; they play music from 5 PM to 10 PM every day, making it feel like you're living next to a mall. The Le Méridien next door plays music on small speakers on the beach, far from the rooms, so it doesn't disturb guests. Things are also expensive here; by the way, the coconuts next door are cheaper. And this isn't even peak season! The experience was quite poor; I won't be coming back.

A really excellent hotel! The facilities are top-notch and the service is impeccable. Our hotel butler, Panna, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
