The service was superb, and the place was spotless. My wife and I are older and didn't know much about the place, but the staff patiently explained where to eat and what to do, treating us like their own children. They even had a buffet breakfast in the morning. The whole room was smart home; you could just call out to Tmall Genie and everything would be taken care of. The location was also great, just 200 meters from the beach, which made us feel very comfortable. It was the first time I'd stayed at such a comfortable hotel, and everyone seemed so friendly and energetic. I hope this hotel continues to improve, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. I highly recommend it!
