At the end of an unlucky day with our car problem, stuck in a long jam we were very lucky to find this beautiful hotel. We ended our day in an eye pleasing design environment with spacious room, excellent shower and comfortable beds. The staff were very plesant and breakfast deliciius.

I couldn’t find the hotel’s toothbrushes and slippers on the first day. Later I asked that we had forgotten to put them. They were only provided the next day. On the penultimate day, I asked the hotel to book a taxi when I left. They said that the reservation was not available, but the hotel provided this service to send me to the railway station, which is 3 kilometers away. I asked them if I could pay, and they said no, it was free. An interesting place came, and the hotel’s lady owner said on the last day that the hotel could not provide me to the train station. I asked why, she said that my car was not insured and she was liable for an accident on the road. Later, I said that I have insurance, don't worry, and there are no cars in the morning, it is 3 kilometers away. The female boss later said that I needed to get up at 7 am to see me, 2 hours earlier than her usual. So I need to pay, 50 euros, at least 40 euros. She said that because she woke up 2 hours earlier, she had 2 more working hours, so I was asked to pay for the 2 hours of work. I said it is too expensive, I can only pay the price of a normal taxi, up to 2 times the price of a taxi. A taxi costs less than 10 Euros. She said no, and suggested that I walk by myself. ! ! ! ! Finally I said okay, I walked by myself. It's not easy to walk for 20-25 minutes with large and small luggage. She said please forgive me, I said I forgive her, but I don't forgive the hotel. She said that this hotel belongs to her. I insist, I don't understand the hotel. Personally I understand. There is no credibility and backlash, this is the worst German. In my first day, there is no Toothbrush and disposable slippers in my room. the second day, hotel worker said sorry for forget it. In the fouth day, I ask hotel for booking a taxi from hotel to train station, Hotel feedbacked to me, they can't find taxi for me, but hotel can dirve me to train station when I leave. I asked them is it free ? hotel said it's free and belonged to hotel's service. what's funny, in the latset day, after I paid the hotel fee, hotel worker told me hotel willn't drive me to train station becasue her car didn' t have assurance, she are worried about any inssident during driving me to train station. I said, it's OK and I had assuance. then, the worker said I have to pay her 50 euro, at least 40 euro, to her because her had to get to hotel 2 hours earlier than usual. I need to pay the fee for her 2 work hours. I said, I can pay to you the taxi fee, or I can pay the doubel taxi fee to you. but I can't pay 40 euros to you for your work time. in the end, I have to say, I would leave by walk. it's not easy for a foreign to walk for 20-25 minutes with my bags and boxes. the hotel worker said, please understand her. I said I understand you but I can't understand the hotel. the hotel broke the promise and put the customer into a dangerous condition and don't servise good. she said, this hotel is mine....hotel really can't find taxi for me. so when I leave, luckliy, a easy-going oud man saw I taked many bags on the way and asked me 'do I need help', drived me to the train station for free finally. I shared my expeirence to him, I said I'm lucky to meet with him, he said please also drive me for free when he was in Shanghai China, I promised that I will do the same thing in my contry. in the last, I give him a namecard and told him if he came to Shanghai, contact me.
