Stayed at Forbis Hotel for business purpose. Service was great and attentive.

The place is comfortable, clean, spacious, really addictive, suitable for families

Untuk kamar cukup luas, tempat tidur nya ukurannya cukup besar utk dipakai sendiri, tempat tidurnya nyaman, kamar bersih, toilet bersih dan canggih, makanannya  cukup bervariasi. Tapi sayangnya
 kulkasnya tidak di nyalakan. Lokasinya bukan di tengah kota

The rooms are quite spacious, the bed is big enough to use alone, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the toilet is clean and sophisticated, the food is quite varied. But unfortunately
 the refrigerator is not turned on. The location is not in the city center

Best bed size, AC working good. Breakfast quite good and various.  Bit uncomfortable with front desk staff that starring to us during our way to restaurant, but waitress really helpful. Check-in almost midnight but lobby really quiet, better to put some soft instrumental music in lobby area.

Last night our bad experience for stay at this hotel , DOS & FO Supervisor from this hotel, Lely & Ade, really2 not capable how to handling guest and how to handling complaint from guest,   Grade quality of service from this hotel we thinl so badly, because of bad attitude, bad communication, bad services from both of them.

Saya dr Jakarta and I choose this place to celebrate my sister birthday karena dekat dengan tempat tinggal adik saya. But the service and food taste, beyond our expectation. A very good service from Mba Adis from sales, she is very attentive and helpful. All food they provided.. endesss semuaa. Very delicious 😋 thank you to make this special occasion become a memorable one. Really.. 

For the room is quite large, the bed is large enough to be used by yourself, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the toilet is clean and advanced, the food is quite varied, but unfortunately
 The refrigerator is not turned on, the location is not in the middle of the city

I was there for a business trip in October 2019 and stayed there for almost 4 weeks. The staff was very friendly, the spa area was good, also the service in the restaurant was very good, especially waitress Noviyanti.
